List of Physician Partners Of America's Reviews
Do not waste your time. This is a business first, not pain management. The nurse practitioner, even worse. Don’t expect help. Expect scrutiny. The NP will raise her voice to you if your answers don’t appeal to her. I had to walk out. Yes, that bad… The doctor will send her in there when he can’t be straight up with you. No winners here. Us in pain will continue to suffer here. Beware of this locale. The true meaning of unprofessional.
Don't go here. They will lie and say that they take your insurance and the doctor you see will also be covered and then give you a doctor who isn't covered under your insurance. $600 to be told I tripped over a rock.
I can almost bet these positive reviews are fake. Be prepared to do the staffs job and then get nothing in return except attitude. Every time you go-they change your doctors no warning. I specifically requested to be moved to frisco and to only see Howard, yet that office lied as well-Enrique the office manager would not provide any information as to who I could reach regarding their disservice. Expect to wait, to pay lots of money for things that won’t help you, you won’t get your meds on time or phone calls back. And if they reply to this? They’re absolutely lying about any type of things they have done to try to help any situation. They’re a business, not a medical office. With poor staff. I was even warned about the staff during my referral.
The doctor said that he could not help me on my first visit because he didn't have a file for me. The second appointment he sent his NP in and she was short with me and didn't want to hear what I was talking about. They then said I had hydro in my urine and that was false. They must of got my urine from someone else. I really don't want to continue with this doctor. I don't want to see his NP anymore.
I transfered here because of Dr. Howard. His NP has definitely turned me off of this practice.....
I am a relatively new patient. I've had pain issues for a long time now and 2 months ago my general doctor referred me to pain management. My first appointment went smoothly, slow but smoothly. My second appointment was also really slow. I've had my third appointment I ran out of my medication 2 days early so they got me in sooner. However my meds were never sent the the pharmacy. I called multiple times was told they'd be sent and they were never sent. I have now missed 2 days of work and am sure I've started to have withdrawal symptoms. I'm absolutely miserable. And no one in the office communicates or acts like they care. I've been on hold for the office now for 40 minutes and was just hung up on! I'm sick and have no idea what to do!
No one willl answer the phiine and you get put on hold forever.
BEWARE OF INSURANCE FRAUD. I urge you to find a different doctor for your pain management needs. My experience with Dr. Demaceo Howard at Texas Pain Relief Group has been terrible and I have wasted a lot of time dealing with them. This doctor/office charged my insurance for tests/labs that were not necessary ($10,000+ charged to my insurance unnecessarily). It's fraud what they are doing. I wanted to make everyone aware before you make an appointment, otherwise, make sure to check your insurance if you decide to book. If I would not have reported to my insurance company what they are doing it would have cost me over $1,000 out of pocket, after insurance.I hope this helps someone. God Bless.
App @8:30 and I’m still sitting up here staff wants to be short with u and walk off before I can even finish talking my son had an appointment @945 in Rockwall now I have to pay a fee cause he is not gonna make it this is the worst place unless u don’t have a life and have a lot of time on your hands don’t come here
I really love the North Dallas office of the Texas Pain Relief Group. I started with them when they were in Grapevine. The staff was always very nice and seemed to be happy to see me come. Then we had a problem with a pre-authorization from the insurance company. The insurance company presented us with many hoops to jump through and this staff jumped through every one! The insurance company finally gave us what we needed and it is all thanks to this staff. They worked with me to get this done. That showed me that they valued me as their patient and they also valued the care that I received from them. When the office moved to North Dallas I really didnt want to go, particularly because I'm not from here and don't know anything about Dallas. Then I thought about the care they had for me and I know that's very hard to come by these days. So I have been traveling to North Dallas, and although I hate the traffic, it is all worth it. Dr. Howard and Dr. Lee ALWAYS meet me with a smile. They review my chart with me and really care about what's happening in my life and not just the issue that I am there to see them about. The staff is still ACES in my book! They're wonderful and they appreciate me every bit as much as I appreciate them. I cannot say enough about how much they all mean to me. We are all team members in my care and that's priceless!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
