Absolutely the worst experience I've had with any company. After they scheduled a procedure, I was transported by ambulance on a stretcher—only to arrive and be told that they had decided two days earlier not to perform the procedure at that location and simply failed to notify me. Since then, I’ve called every single day and have yet to receive a single call back. Their lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. This company is a complete joke—avoid at all costs.

Worst medical business I have ever been referred to. I was given an appointment for a procedure for 4:15 in the morning. The surgical center isnt even open at 4:15 ! So I would have paid for transportation to take me 1 hour away and drop me off at a business so I could STAND outside in the dark, in the cold. No where to sit, no toilet, no water. I am a senior woman. Someone could have killed me and there would have been no one there to see for minimum 2 hour's. This company doesn't care about the patient. They ONLY care about how much money is going in they're pocket's. And everyone I have spoken to about it just keep's giving me excuses and blames the out of country call center. Not one apology. So I'm suppose to risk my life for corporate business people who don't give a hoot about my welfare.

I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to Dr. Demaceo Howard. I spent years living in terrible pain. Every day felt like a struggle, and honestly, I started to lose hope that I would ever feel normal again. Then I found Dr. Howard — and everything changed. From the very first visit, he made me feel heard. He really listened, not just rushed through the appointment like so many other doctors I had seen. He took my pain seriously and treated me with kindness and respect. His spinal injections were done so gently and professionally that I felt safe and cared for every step of the way. Dr. Howard has an incredible soul. You can feel it the moment you meet him — he truly wants to help people, and it shows in how he treats his patients. His entire team is just as amazing: warm, welcoming, and always making you feel like you’re in the best hands. Thanks to Dr. Howard, I am finally able to walk with my kids again. After years of missing out, I’m living my life again. I can’t even explain how much that means to me and my family. Every appointment with him, you feel hope, you feel supported, and you know you're not alone. If you are living with pain and looking for someone who will truly care about you, trust me — Dr. Howard is the one. I will always be grateful for what he has done for me.
