I lost $16750, was treated terribly, had to spend thousands to attempt to partially (and temporarily) recover my former appearance, seek help from other surgeons and Neurologists over a period of two years and I still have permanent nerve damage to my face, as well as other physical damages diagnosed by other well-respected plastic surgeons in the Dallas/Plano area. Additionally, not one ounce of empathy, compassion, or concern for the damages done was ever shown. Instead, it was suggested to me that if I was upset about having damages done to me and my money not returned, I must be "emotionally or mentally disturbed." Finally, I was mocked and told that he, (the doctor) has insurance, and I would have to hire an attorney to recover my money, as if that was funny. Nice.

Dr. Stagnone and his wife Misty are awesome, very detailed and helpful, very professional, they make you feel like you have known them forever, as far as a comfort factor. I am very excited for my upcoming procedure and will be following up with a rave review, once that is completed. Top notch over any other consultation I have had, I am so glad that he was referred to me from an existing patient of his that has had more than one procedure with him.

I went there for an explanation consult. Dr. Stagnone was very nice and down to earth. He listened to my needs and didn’t try to “sell” me on getting my implants replaced. I will be booking my appointment soon!
