At first I thought this was a wonderful doctor who was going to be able to help me. Sadly, that is not how it turned out. I had 2 procedures and quickly ran through my flexible spending account $2000+. After 6 months I was right back in the same boat where I started - only worse. They did not schedule anesthesiologists who were in network with my insurance for my procedures. Now, more than a year later, I’m being billed $2000+ more dollars to cover their anesthesiologist’s charges which were not covered by my insurance. Although I appealed the charges, I am being held accountable for their incompetence and lack of attention to my United Healthcare coverage. Do not trust these people. They are crooks and quacks only interested in your money!

He was the most personal, caring and professional doctor I have ever been to. I am sad to see him not at the Physician Partners of America. Yall lost a good doctor.

Outstanding doctor, knows and cares about his patients!! He has a 5 star staff, such a pleasure to go there for my pain management.Dr Prasad Doesn't just give you medicine and send you on your way,he cares about fixing the pain! His staff is so professional and on top of everything!! I'd give them 6 stars if I could!! 👍👍

In North Texas we have many choices of who we can go to for our medical care needs. After talking with the scheduling person and receptionist I have chosen to take my business elsewhere. The people I spoke to were rude, disrespectful and argumentative for no reason. Also, highly unorganized. I would say if this doctor chooses to have the voice of his business be an example of him he should get a better more professional staff. RUN DON’T WALK

Dr Prasad gave me an order for MRI. I had to find out myself a place for imaging and finally I had an appointment with Touchstone imaging. When, I showed up for MRI, they wanted to reschedule because they did not receive all documents they requested from Dr office.......I am very disappointed with Dr office. Irresponsibility,.......I find a new Doctor and his office is very professional and caring patients.

I have been a patient of Dr Prasad for the last couple of years and he along with his whole office staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of as a patient. I see Dr Lindsay too recently and he is there to help with anything I need to manage my neck pain. If you have any questions you can ask Morgan or Enrique in the front offices. Anytime I have emailed I always get a response within the hour or that day! Highly Recommend!

Dr. Prasad listened to me while others wouldn't. Staff is always prepared, courteous, and polite. I wouldn't go anywhere else! In one session he taught me more than an entire year of treatment with a group in Flower Mound. He is knowledge and direct and will discuss with you all options before moving forward. If you're tired of going in circles...come here and get the cause of your pain treated!!!

Dr. Prasad and dr. Gary are always very pleasant usually they get you in there pretty fast only every once in awhile if I had to wait just a little bit so that they tried their best everyone's very pleasant from the reception is to the nurses everyone there I don't know the gentleman's name that checks you out at the end when you're leaving the office but he's also very pleasant all the time and I'm doing this because he asked me to and I always keep my promises so see they're here we go and it's Patricia Renee m o s h e r so I would recommend them highly to help you if you've been in a car wreck are hurt in any kind of way

If you are in need of a pain management Dr. I want to highly recommend Dr Prasad! I was so impressed with his sincerity and how he took the time to diagnose my problem (Sciatica).I am on the road to recovery and very pleased to feeling active again.I want to emphasize as well as to how pleasant and professional his entire staff is. Morgan, Enrique, Veronica, Dr Lindsey all make you feel that you are important and they care about your issues (pain). I can’t say enough as to how Thankful I am to of chosen Dr Prasad’s office to treat my Sciatica.
