This Dr is AMAZING. When you get a cancer diagnosis it can be scary. This Dr put me at ease. He explained everything well and communicated after the surgery was over. His staff is helpful and efficient. I can't say enough good things about this Dr.

Provider called me to see if I could come in a day earlier. He called me after my visit to ensure all was going well. Care rendered was superb. He was kind an professional. His staff was also lovely. I highly recommend Dr Nijhawan.

He was one the nicest doctors I have ever seen, and that is saying a LOT. I adore all my UTSW docs but he was amazing. So friendly, kept me calm, fast and thorough work, I felt nothing, and he made me laugh and had nice conversation with me. He even validated me when we discussed my other conditions and how they affect anesthetics, which is rare to find a doctor well versed in one particular uncommon condition. Highly recommend and his staff/MA was amazing too. I hope I don’t HAVE to go back obviously, but if I do, I will definitely see him again.

Had the mohs procedure and Dr. Nijhawan did an excellent job and was great about the questions and concerns I had regarding the procedure! Although my anxiety was high, he helped keep my mind off what was going on.

Dr. Rajiv Nijhawan is an excellent doctor. He does great work, very professional and outstanding bedside manner. My experience with Dr. Rajiv Nighawan and the entire staff at the Mohs Skin Surgery and Oncology Clinic was outstanding!!

My experience with Dr. Nijhawan was excellent! Dr Nijhawan does great work and has excellent bedside manner! My experience with the doctor and his entire staff at the Mohs Skin Surgery and Oncology Clinic was outstanding!!!

I had the good fortune of being introduced to Dr. Rajiv Nijhawan, MD at UTSW dermatology, when Dr. Bentow discovered a Melanoma on the back of my right leg. Dr. Nijhawan was extremely knowledgeable and took all the time necessary to help me understand the problem, possible solutions and healing times. After the procedure, I had some unfounded concerns that arose over the weekend and left a message at his office. I was shocked when the doctor contacted me personally on both Saturday AND Sunday! That simply never happens apart from Dr. Nijhawan's office. All others wait until Monday and then you may get a call from the PE. Two thumbs up for Dr. Nijhawan, you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Nijhawan made me feel comfortable quickly. He explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He talked to me throughout the process. I feel fortunate to have him taking care of me. What an Excellent doctor and surgeon.
