One of the first impressions noted when entering Dr Pandit’s office was the staff’s openly friendly and helpful attitude. Staff in many doctors’ offices seem as if you were imposing on their time and are too busy to talk to you. Dr Pandit’s staff all seem to have a smile and wanted to help. Sara Corilo, Office Manager and Jillian Robinson, Physician Assistant, were especially helpful and informative, prior to and on follow-up after the procedure.I went to Dr. Pandit’s office for a severe nasal congestion that I have had for many years. I tried over the counter and prescription nasal sprays along with saline solutions, and nothing seemed to correct the problem. Dr Pandit recommended a procedure called balloon sinus dilation, which is similar to a heart angioplasty where a balloon is inserted in the nasal passage and is inflated several times to open to passage. It is all done within the office and only takes a few minutes. No shots or general anesthesia is given. You take a pill an hour before going in and one right before the procedure. That’s it. There was some discomfort during the procedure, more a feeling of pressure, but no real pain. I was given pain pills, but didn’t need them. Since the operation, I have continued to use saline solution before going to bed, but no meds are needed, and I wake up with a clear nasal passage. Before the procedure, I woke frequently during the night due to nasal congestion, and it was hard to get a good night’s sleep. If you have a nasal problem, I highly recommend Dr Pandit and his friendly and professional staff.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Dr.Pandit. He was not friendly,wanted me to do a CT scan for my sinus before listening to my symptoms,and after all I didn’t even need the medication that he prescribed me.I felt that this Doctor and staff don’t have bedside manners or really cares about you as a patient. Too sad,since I had bigger expectations. Don’t recommended this doctor to anyone.

Thank you Dr. pandit for taking care of my sinus and snoring issues. As my wife tells me, snoring isn't a "me" problem, it's a "we" problem. Didn't think I could trust anyone with surgery or my marriage but you came through for both. I can't thank you enough.

I actually went to an ENT 5 years ago for my ear issues and I had a terrible experience. I just went on thinking I had a chronic problem with my ear. Then, I found Dallas ENT. Dr. Pandit and the team did a much more thorough job really trying to understand the cause of my issues. Due to the severity of my conditions, I was told that I needed to do surgery. Not that I wanted to have surgery but to know there was a solution, I was excited to get better. Here, I am, a month and a half later of working through my treatment plan. I can now run, breathe and fully enjoy my life. My wife is happy because I'm no longer snoring. I'm so much happier!

This is the most professional and efficient office I have ever been to. Scheduling surgery with them has been a breeze even living 6 hours away. Diagnosis was quick as the doctor is very knowledgeable.
