My experience was beyond amazing. The office staff was all smiles and friendly. Mark is so good at his craft and explains everything. There is no one else I would trust with my face.

I have been under their care for almost a year and never have I had a more loving team care for me. I was his most challenging patient to date, but his expertise is beyond measure. He and his staff were extremely supportive, never did I ever feel embarrassed regarding my appearance when I was with them. Everything was going good until we were promised a price for Botox and when telling the front office, they didn’t believe us. Mark had told us a certain price and told us to wait until next week to schedule for the lower price. Front office didn’t believe us and didn’t care that they were going to lose a patient.

Dr. Randy is top notch! Not only does he have a great bedside manner he is also a true protectionist! The whole team is wonderful and I would highly recommend you get an appointment with him now! You won’t be sorry!

Don't get stuck in traffic. They are willing to lose $600 and repeat business over a 10 minute delay.

Today marks exactly one year since I had my genioplasty surgery at DSA and I am happy to say that it was one of the best decisions of my life. I am thrilled with my results and looking back on my journey and the entire process – it could not have gone smoother. The entire DSA team is 5-stars! Dr. Sanovich is an amazing and well-informed surgeon. My genioplasty surgery was seamless and the recovery/downtime was trouble-free and uncomplicated. I was back to normal in no time. Most people cannot even tell I had surgery at all. I credit that to Dr. Sanovich's skills in the operating room, as well as his very helpful pre-op and post-op care instructions. Emily was great with communication and always returned calls/emails promptly. Joanna and Martin were there to take care of me on the day-of and I am so thankful that they were! I was so scared going into the O.R. but Joanna made me feel extremely comfortable and calm and Martin was very knowledgeable and had answers to all of my (many!) questions. Overall, I am so grateful for the entire staff at DSA. Undergoing surgery is never an easy thing, especially for me – I was petrified of something going wrong. I spent over a year researching surgeons, preparing for surgery and so on. I am very grateful that I chose Dr. Sanovich and his team.
