Renew Beauty Med Spa's Online Review Report Card

I had a great experience at Renew ( I was not a coupon customer). This was my first time I had a botox treatment and I was chicken to do it at first. The owner and nurse that I worked with were very generous with their time and patient with me and all of my silly questions. I'm glad my friend referred me here and I didn't see some of these reviews beforehand. I'll be heading back for crow's feet next and photo facials in the fall! Everyone at the front desk was very friendly as well. I had a great experience. I'm even sending my hubbie in for some work. :-)

I was really pleased with the work these ladies did! I got my eyebrows waxed and eyelash extensions and the girl who did them was awesome. The place was very clean and relaxing. Not to mention, everyone was very friendly and professional. I had no problems with my service and I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs to treat themselves :)

The staff here are so friendly and are very knowledgeable. The nurses do their work to a perfection. It's the only place that I will ever get my fillers, Botox, lasers and facials done! FYI- Try Voluma. It lasts a long time and I had amazing results!

Love, love, LOVE Renew Beauty Med Spa & Salon! I'm new to Dallas and stopped by here last week for some spa services--what a wonderful experience! Christina was my esthetician and I liked every thing about her. Professional, did a great job and she was on time. What a blessing to find a great spa right off the bat (and no, I didn't use a Groupon). I will go here from now on and you should too--you will LOVE it.

glad i tried this place again, minus the ladies at the front counter. the two ladies at the front were busy talking so i had to wait until they were done to get help and they weren't very friendly. there was a great groupon for shellac mani and pedi for half the regular price so i got one. took awhile to finally get an appointment but met with linda. she took her time doing my nails and always asked if i was ok or if i needed drinking water. she worked at the galleria for 10+ years but started at renew recently. i hope she finds her clientele again so please spread the word! she's very friendly and sweet. i took a pic of my nails to show how well they looked after she was done. will be back for linda!

I have been going to Renew Beauty for 2 years - the manager is amazing and always checks on me - the technicians are all knowledgeable and treat me great every time I come in - I have tried the iLipo, Clear and Brilliant, and laser hair removal...all with amazing results - I plan on being a customer for a long time :)

I had a facial at Renew with Bella and it was wonderful! The spa is very nice and clean. They carry a number of product lines, as well, so while at the mall you can swing by and pick up a few things. I will definitely be back!

I bought a $99 Groupon for a Brazilian Blowout last week. Then I googled Renew to figure out exact location, phone #, etc. That's when I ran across the Yelp reviews.... oh no! I had a pit in my stomach. Why didn't I research this place before I bought the Groupon?!?? Ugh! BUT, never one to let money go to waste, I called up and made my appointment. I have to tell you, I was SO pleasantly surprised!! I was immediately greeted by an employee who showed me to the hair salon, looked up my appointment, and went to find the stylist who would be doing my Brazilian. Patricia was there to show me to my chair in less than 30 seconds. She was wonderful in every way!! I would highly recommend her (Patricia McMahon). It has been less than 24 hours, so I can't comment on how long this BB will last, but the service I received was friendly, professional, helpful, everything you want in your salon. I don't know what has happened since all of the negative reviews were written, but it appears that they have got it together now (at least in the hair salon). I will definitely be back!

Something that really upsets me is the fact that people only come here to comment on bad service. I can't even tell you how much I love my technicians! Since my schedule doesn't allow me to come back on the same days, I have been doing my laser treatment with a different girl each time and I am so happy about it. I had the pleasure to meet the nicest, sweetest ladies, that help me with tips for my skin, as well as making me laugh every session so I forget the pain from the laser. The girls in the main entrance are also really sweet and attentive. The spa is beautiful, clean and well decorated. They have the greatest selection of products from face to hair to nails. I have nothing to complain about

I Love this place...! I have received multiple services/treatments and combining HCG, Zerona and the Vela have proven to be highly effective in literally melting away fat. I lost 19 inches and 14 pds. In three weeks, and still losing! The B-12 that they supplement me with weekly gives me the extra boost and helps me thru the process. The staff is friendly and professional. I have at least 3 appointments a week and have never had a problem with scheduling or re-scheduling if necessary. The therapists are passionate about what they do as well as the process of my transformation. Mia, who performs my Skin Laser/Fraxels and Jackie who performs my Vela and Zerona treatments (as well as keeps up with measuring the inches I have lost!), are like my own personal cheerleaders. These people truly love what they do and are as dedicated to my journey as I am! The results I am experiencing are consistent and definite. I cannot say enough about this place it ROCKS!
