Dr roberts did a knee surgery for me. After the surgery I had more pain and very limited mobility even after several months of physical therapy 3-5x a week. Dr roberts gave me a cortisone shot to attempt to fix it but never fixed the issue and refused to look further into it. I had another dr evaluate the situation and the replaced ligament was being rejected by my body causing me to have an additional 2 surgeries

Two Surgeries. and now a Third Expected. Do not go see this guy. I cant even begin to explain our disappointment with this guy. Please save yourself. Go to the Carroll Clinic.

Great bedside manner. Was very helpful to both me and my son when we needed his services.

I was fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Roberts for knee surgery by a former patient of his. The surgery went well and I recovered faster than expected. Two years later I'm back with Dr. Roberts for the other knee with full confidence in his skills. Having confidence in your surgeon mitigates one's natural anxiety. And Dr. Roberts' calm demeanor is an added benefit.

Dr. Roberts is one of the BEST Dr's that I have ever seen. He's always so caring and thoughtful and he takes time to listen and give his feedback. He'll forever be my Dr.

I went to Dr. Robert's for a bad left hip. He took x-rays and showed them to me and explained everything that was going on. He was very honest with me and we came to the conclusion that surgery was needed. I felt very comfortable with him and all of his staff. I am thankful and grateful to have a Dr. like Dr. Robert's and would highly recommend him to everyone.

After four years and numerous doctors, I finally found Doctor Roberts. He’s a doctor that’s concerned for his patients. He not only listens to what you are saying but really cares. I highly recommend him.

I have been calling this office for 2 and a half hours trying to get a medical clearance form faxed for my father to his oral surgeon for AN EMERGENCY SURGERY and the schedulers won't get up and go find Dr. Roberts' nurse to fax it over to his dentist so my dad can be taken care of. Left a voicemail for the nurse and the office manager too but nothing. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever seen. Olivia, one of the schedulers, told me "Oh they start returning voicemails around lunch time." So, what's their contingency plan for their post-operative patients with medical emergencies at inconvenient times prior to their lunch....? They absolutely DO NOT CARE at all about their post-op patients or their health. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. DO BETTER!
