I took my child in for emergency care but we were treated like our illness wasn't an emergency to ER staff and sat in the waiting room over 7hrs. Waited 45mins for Tylenol with a fever over 101. They need to do better.
This is not hospital Best advice don’t choose this hospital for your children Waiting 13 h

we sat in your ER for 12 hours because our pediatrician told us we had to go for a cut on my son’s lip. The triage nurse told me with confidence that he needed “complicated stitching” on his lip, that she had labeled him a level 3, and that it was good we brought him in. We waited for TWELVE HOURS next to coughing, vomiting children who had no masks on and sat no more than 2 feet from us, there was no where else to sit. When we got up to an ER room, two providers examined my sons’s cut at length. They offered to put in 2 stitches and explained the process would involve oral sedatives and lidocaine injection because my son is 17 months old. I asked if they truly thought the stitches were necessary and they said, after a long pause, that there was no additional medical risk in NOT getting the stitches. In fact, the risk of infection was HIGHER with stitches because it had already sat open for so long. They advised that he may have a slight cosmetic deviation in his lip line if he does not get the stitches. So, after 13 hours, we walked out of your ER having received nothing but wet gauze. And I’m sure our bill will not be far behind.
LISTEN CAREFULLY…..if you do not have a TRUE emergency like your arm is broken or you can’t breath and your emergency can wait till tomorrow, than please go some where else because the wait is sooo long, I was there for 8 hours and some people was there longer than me. It doesn’t matter what day it is, your wait is a guarantee 2-8 hours because of short staffing but the reason why I give it 5 stars is because the staff was super nice, and a women came around with a cart full of snacks for everyone and the doctors apologized for the wait. So if you have to go bring a book and some coffee because it’s gonna be a long day.
Our pediatrician directed us to come here as our 6 week old premature baby had a high fever and diarrhea. We first waited 2 hours to get called back. Waited another hour to actually see someone after that. All in all, we spent 13 hours at this hospital. We never received any treatment. My baby would have been better off at home. He left with the same fever and diarrhea that he had. The nursing team was so uncaring and dismissive. Only saving grace for this hospital were the 2 doctors we had, schmuckers and tom Pham. Also, the wait for level 1 patients was 6 hours.
😲 I have waited @ ER for over 14hrs & some Pts ahead of me over 15hrs! 😤 They complain of not enough beds! This makes no sense!
the wait here is freaking ridiculous. been here for 6 hours. they keep changing the hours of how llong to see a dam dr. alot of people have gotten their rooms came in around the same time as me and i am still in the waiting. its filling up . this is freaking ridiculous.
I consider this ridiculous, I can’t believe this!!, I got here yesterday by 8:30 pm 5:52 in the morning we still here on the wait of a room to be check by a doctor my son came here with fever and a very bad chest congestion, if you have your kid in a need of urgent care look for another options. I haven’t had to wait that LONG in “ An EMERGENCY VISIT” .
This hospital is horrible! I’ve been waiting here over 8 hours with my sick kid!! I’m at the point of just leaving! Somebody needs to fix this issue!! There is no way our children should have to wait this long to be seen while they’re sick!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
