Gentle touch. Considerate care. Has been removing papillomas flush instead of radical surgery that would cause a notch in my lid.

This review is about his practice administration. My wife had outpatient surgery scheduled for weeks. All cost had been pre-approved by our insurance and we paid a large portion for services that were not covered several days before the surgery. We wanted to be free of worries and we prepared. On the day of surgery, while waiting in front of the operating area, we received a call from Dr. Mancini’s office. They wanted a substantial amount of money to be paid right before surgery. This was unexpected and never communicated to us ahead of time. It caused us great stress. Of course we paid in full right away assuming the charges were correct. I fail to understand why this could not have been better managed ahead of time. We will wait for the final bill to review.

My husband and I are patients of Dr Mancini. He is extremely knowledgeable and always spends as much time as necessary with us at every visit. He performed surgery on my husband with great success. He is excellent at caring for patients such as myself with chronic eye issues. His staff are a great group of caring professionals. They follow in Dr. Mancini’s footsteps. We have sent friends to Dr. Mancini who raved about their Experience with him and his staff.
