Dr.Shade is warm&friendly and nicely approachable. His office staff is efficient and and friendly. He has in office x-rays and state of the art therapy equipment with friendly trained staff here as well. It's almost a joy to go to the doctors!

The entire staff is cordial and highly professional. I was referred by a very good friend. I am so glad that I took the advice to try Urban Health. I accompanied my wife at her visit with Dr. Shade today. Both Dr. Shade and his staff were courteous, friendly and professional. They treated us with the utmost respect and we were both very pleased with our experience.

This doctor was very rude to my husband he laughed at him I can believe he calls himself a doctor he's place of business was so nasty he needs to retire himself he has the worst bedside manors I've ever seen. Shame on you .
