My husband had a colonoscopy with Dr M and we couldn't be happier. She took a lot of time explaining the procedure and the details both before and after. She was personable and caring. She made him feel very comfortable and he's not an easy patient.

My son Zachary Lovelady went to see Dr. Mithani 7 1/2 years ago for severe abdominal pain and non stop vomiting, which landed him in the ER several times a week. Dr. Mithani ordered several tests and nothing... Even though she already had proof of SMA syndrome. We went in for an appointment and saw one of her nurse practioners and she ordered a certain test which came back with SMA Syndrome. We had a follow up appointment with Dr. Mithani where the diagnosis was dismissed by Dr. Mithani. My son has been told he is crazy and needs to see a psychiatrist. . 7 1/2 years later he has been diagnosed with SMA Syndrome this past January. He has now had surgery and finally has his life back. I don't want anyone else to go through this unbearable pain and mental anguish that this doctor has put my son through.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Mithani in February for July 1. I knew it was far out but she was recommended to me. One week before the appointment her office called and said she would not be in the office. After waiting for 4 1/2 months they wanted me to reschedule to September with a nurse practitioner. I spoke with the office about my circumstances and waiting for 4 1/2 months. I kindly spoke to them about How I have been referred and how waiting an additional two months was somewhat unacceptable. They rescheduled me for July 8. Two days before that appointment, someone called me from the office and stated that Dr. Mithani one of the appointment to be canceled as it was scheduled in error. They stated they had no more appointments for the year. My options were to schedule with a nurse practitioner or another physician all together. Unfortunately, I have now wasted five months waiting to see a specialist and now I am back to the drawing board and will need to find another G.I. doctor and likely wait 2 to 3 months to get in. All in all, A nine month wait from one very poorly run clinic and an inconsiderate doctor.

Our entire experience at this office was phenomenal! From office staff through to Dr. Mithani. - We needed an endoscopy done ASAP, and their staff worked with us to get the closest reasonable appointment. - Nursing staff was very through and made sure to account for any and all things related to my doctor. - Doctor Mithani and the Resident were very patient while I was asking tons of questions pre and post op! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I thought Dr. Mithani was very professional and took an interest in my health. She took the time to speak with me before my procedure and answer any questions that I had. I know she was busy with other patients at the surgery center, but she did not make me feel rushed.

She took an hour to come back post-surgery to tell me in 1 minute that no problems were found. however, my surgical report shows that I do have inflammation she said did not exist, at all. I googled her reviews and understand why I felt immediate distrust in her words and why I googled the reports terminology so fast.

She didn't give me the chance to address my condition to her at all, instead she sent an assistant to listen to me then she came in after about 40 minutes just to deliver the worst possible surgical solution, without conducting any investigation or testing She did not even examine me at the office.

impossible to communicate with. Never answered e-mails. Did not look at my medical record. ordered test that could have had drastic effect on me, but tech looked at my record and saw I had a bad reaction to the drug in the past and did not schedule it.
