Dr is capable but receptionist is rude and a terrible communicator. Her incompetence lead to a horrible situation involving my daughter. Dr Giametti at Carrollton Family Practice is my Dr and one I highly recommend.

Dr. Boe has a calm and delightful demeanor. I established care with her at the UTSW Multi Specialty Clinic 2 weeks ago. She is a good listener and very gentle. By utilizing UTSW’s “my chart “ features, communication with your physician is expedited and efficient . I am happy with my choice.

Dr. Boe has been my primary doctor for almost three years. She is an excellent physician who listens intently to me and gives me her full attention. I have recommended her to two of my friends who have switched from their previous doctors to her practice. I am also pleased with the other doctors in the network of Dallas Diagnostic. Scheduling is now much easier online and I get a timely reply when I have had to email a question.

This is a shame, as the doctor is great. The office management is awful and the lack of professionalism is stunning. The nurses/PAs won't return calls; they misinformed my pharmacy about my status leading to a refill/insurance issue; and, they're not very accommodating. Unless changes are made in the next 3 - 6 weeks, I'll begin looking for a new provider myself

Dr. Boe is great but her support staff leave much to be desired. I had a scrip (that I am not suppose to miss a day) needed Dr's ok. 4 days went by without being Ok'd. Called Dallas Diagnostics spent 18 mins. on hold. I asked if there was another # to call in on...can't spend 18 mins on phone at work. Reply was No...that is our system. They need a new system!!!!

Does not listen to patients, and does not renew their prescriptions . I have called the office three times since my appointment and she still has not called in prescription renewals. I am ready to file a complaint, and ask my insurance not to pay for the visit
