Great Doctor wish I could find out where she was going been her patient for more than 25 years

After being checked in, I was left sitting in the waiting room over an hour. I had to go up and ask why I had not been called. They told me my insurance was not going to pay and they had left me a message. I had no message, just an email that got lost in all the other emails I get. What I am really upset about is that I came into the office, checked in there and no one said anything about there ...

Dr. Harvey has an excellent bedside manner and is a solid doctor for everyday problems. She does not seem to understand the importance of thyroid problems being addressed. This is the main reason I hesitate to endorse her.

I've been seeing Dr Harvey for approximately twenty years now. I started seeing her when she first joing Medical Ctr at Riverside. She has treated my entire family. She is intelligent,kind and persevering. She will work her tail off to insure you receive the utmost in medical care. She exhibits good bedside manners without being condescending,which I appreciate. I highly recommend her. PS. Her sense of humor is wonderful,helps to eleviate any tension wihout being inappropriate. .

Dr. Ruth Harvey is a great doctor. She really takes the time to listen to you and make the recommendations that she feels are needed. Great doctor indeed.

My partner and both go to Dr. Harvey. She is very kind and has a positive attitude. She is thorough and spends time on making sure she has the full picture of what is going on. Her diagnoses are accurate. If you don't have insurance, she and her staff offer some affordable options. The staff is friendly, caring, and helpful and help promote a positive patient environment. They recently began offering evening and weekend urgent care, so the office has become quite full service.

I chose Dr. Harvey just because she was on my insurance plan but it was the best medical decision I ever made. She spends as much time with you as needed, never makes you feel as if she's in a hurry or doesn't care, and always does her best to get to the root of the problem and not just treat the symptoms. My only hesitation in recommending her is that it's sometimes quite a wait to get an appointment with her specifically (her nurse practioner is usually available same day but she is more limited in appointments), and if everyone starts seeing her it will be even harder. But I know it wouldn't be right to keep her to myself.

I saw Dr. Harvey for many years till I moved out of town. I have referred many people to her and never heard one negative thing back from them. She saw me through some very difficult and emotional health situations. Her patience is unmatched. I say this because I always go to all my drs with a list of questions. Also she diagnosed problems right the first time which is most important. Dr. Harvey is a pretty lady but she is beautiful on the inside too.
