Dr Baker is extremely easy to talk to!

Outstanding Dr. I have had this problem for yrs. with no satisfaction from my previous urologist. Dr. Baker was very thorough, very informative, very patient. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

Dr Baker did an awesome job. I’ve been recommending him to all my friends. Great personality and made the procedure easier.

I'm lucky to have found him. Moved and had to find new GP. Liked not being rushed through.

Wish I could rate his office a zero! Just had knee replacement surgery last Thursday. I cannot get his office and staff to do my referrals for physical therapy and home health care. I have Humana Gold insurance that requires my PCP to do the referrals. The office staff is refusing to do them. Mean time, I am in severe pain and cannot get my dressing changed, nor get evaluated on my physical therapy. The office is not willing to work with my surgeon, the hospital, or the insurance company. They won’t even call me back. Nothing is too good for the patient and that is what I am getting — NOTHING!

I thought I had found the right fit for my new GP but that is not the case. Dr Baker is kind and seems very open to the patient playing an active roll in their care, if they wish. This is exactly what I was looking for but, it was too good to be true. He did tell me, during the 2 visits I had with him, that if I needed anything at all, to call. I had a family emergency and needed refills of 2 of my meds (non narcotic) before I were to go out of town the next morning as my 80yo father had been admitted to the ICU. I purposely stayed behind so that I could have Monday to get my local and personal things handled because I knew I could be out of town for a few weeks. I called first thing Monday morning to Dr Baker's office and was met with refusal for 1)any refill without an office visit (which I had just had) 2) to have Dr Baker call me - he speaks to patients only with billed in office visits 3) to show any empathy or offer of solution to my emergent situation whatsoever. I

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my recent visit to begin my association with Dr. Ryan Baker as my primary physician. Since moving to St. Petersburg in 2020, I have only had terrible experiences with the offices I have contacted. My hopes were met here! Personable, attentive, smart, courteous. Dr. Baker receives my highest recommendation. The office is new, the staff helpful, and the location for me is terrific.

What a great Dr. He and his staff are very caring and really listened to my concerns. I have been searching for a Dr. like him for years I will definitely be back.
