Medical City Dallas has been my family’s go- to hospital for childbirth (we have 4 children) and any other hospitalizations we have needed in the past. All of our experiences so far have been great, specifically labor and delivery. The staff were so courteous and helpful. My most recent stay was for my 4th delivery and it could not have been better. Everyone was so kind. I’d recommend Medical City to anyone who is looking for a great and peaceful hospitalization experience!

Professional facilities, cordial/kind staff and convenient parking. The first hour of parking is free!

I was in 608 South. The Nursing staff of 6 South were fantastic. They bent over backwards trying to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable. The food was a very pleasant surprise. It has been quite a number of years since I had a hospital stay, and the food this time was so much better than I remember.

Exceptional personnel and waited less than 10 minutes.

I’d like to share my life saving experience! I want to thank Dr. Brandon Johnson and the entire nursing staff on 7, especially Liliana, Bassar, Marlene, OJ, Andrea, and the housekeepers. Thank you all for taking care of me and saving my life. I was told in the ER I may not make it and that I would need to make decisions now while I was still not vented. I am thankful that it did not come to that, thanks to a great doctor who made quick decisions and was willing just to try. The nurses kept me calm especially when I felt anxious during my stay. I pray for these wonderful people every day, I wish them excellent health, and protection for them. Medical City has changed so much since I first step foot back in 2006 but I am glad I still feel I am in great hands when I am there. I was brought into the ER from assisted living home because of heart issue and to have a Peg Tube put in. For having to be in the hospital, it has been a very pleasant experience, Every single nurse, tech and assistant have been the best and so nice!! They have made this yucky painful experience a little better! Great people and place to be in for a short while!! 5⭐!

I probably shouldn't have come home when I did. I'm still very swollen in my lower body and still can't breathe very well. I followed my doctors orders and called after 7:00 the evening of my discharge and still have not been called back by Dr. Shulkin. I am also broken out from being given Farmiga. I now have eczema of the worst kind. I will be looking for another dermatologist as soon as possible. This is too much!!!
