All the staff from registration, surgery, post op and the medical floor were amazing. They made this stay the best I have ever received at any hospital.

Methodical technique and expert advice are causing my wounds to heal quickly and successfully ! Proper wound care is resolving my situation in 5 star form ! I would recommend their wound care unit to anyone .

My 14 year old son received top-notch care at Medical City Children’s Hospital in June 2021. From the ER, to neurosurgery, to pediatric ICU, to pediatric unit and eventually facilitating transfer to rehab facility, every caregiver and service provider in the hospital was amazing! They all made a difficult experience that much easier. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was brought into the ER from assisted living home because of heart issue and to have a Peg Tube put in. For having to be in the hospital, it has been a very pleasant experience, Every single nurse, tech and assistant have been the best and so nice!! They have made this yucky painful experience a little better! Great people and place to be in for a short while!! 5⭐!

The promptness and courteous staff were excellent. Medical City always provides excellent care. Michael explained all the steps of my procedure, which calmed me down. I'm happy I selected Medical City.

Medical City Dallas was exceptional. From the very beginning of my scheduled surgery I was treated with the up most respect. Starting with the first day prior to going into surgery a nurse which helped prep me made me feel so cared for. I believe her name was Dona. After surgery when I was transferred to my room I was immediately greeted by a nurse named Teri. She made me feel like I had known her for years. I have so many individuals to thank for the excellent care and compassion that I was treated with. From the Doctors, Nurses, PRN's and even the Cafeterias Staff. If Medical City can do anything to improve it would be, Please train surrounding hospitals! Teach them how to be genuine and compassionate. Thank Medical City Dallas for helping me and my husband through a difficult and scary surgery. You honestly eased our concerns making our experience the best we have ever had at any medical facility. I will be filling out more online and mentioning many staff members that were there for us that went above and beyond.Thank You Medical City Dallas❣️Sincerely,Cynthia & Michael DarlingDates: 11/4/21 to 11/14/21
