All the staff from registration, surgery, post op and the medical floor were amazing. They made this stay the best I have ever received at any hospital.

First the nursing staff was very caring and good at their jobs. That portion deserves a five star. Emily the night nurse was amazing to my daughter. Now the hospital portion was horrible. We were placed in room 505S. It was the smallest room like a janitors broom closet. We couldn't get around in the room, we had to cram everything into the corner and was very uncomfortable for my daughter and for me trying to sleep on the chair in the room. The flooring was dirty, flooring was torn up from moving items around in the room. It made one overnight a nightmare.

EXCEPTIONAL! EVERY PERSON AT EVERY LEVEL OF CARE WERE EXAMPLES OF TRAI ING, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL. VERY MUCH IMPRESSED BY WHAT CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS "COMPASSIONATE CARE"

Methodical technique and expert advice are causing my wounds to heal quickly and successfully ! Proper wound care is resolving my situation in 5 star form ! I would recommend their wound care unit to anyone .

My 14 year old son received top-notch care at Medical City Children’s Hospital in June 2021. From the ER, to neurosurgery, to pediatric ICU, to pediatric unit and eventually facilitating transfer to rehab facility, every caregiver and service provider in the hospital was amazing! They all made a difficult experience that much easier. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was brought into the ER from assisted living home because of heart issue and to have a Peg Tube put in. For having to be in the hospital, it has been a very pleasant experience, Every single nurse, tech and assistant have been the best and so nice!! They have made this yucky painful experience a little better! Great people and place to be in for a short while!! 5⭐!

The promptness and courteous staff were excellent. Medical City always provides excellent care. Michael explained all the steps of my procedure, which calmed me down. I'm happy I selected Medical City.
