Dr. Gayle has the most compassionate bedside manner. I completed my annual colonoscopy with Dr.Gayle one week ago today. I was anxious and experiencing shortness of breath. She politely told the anesthesiologist,"She has anxieties." I calmed down, because I KNEW Dr. Gayle had the situation under control. LIGHTS OUT!Shortly thereafter, I awoke in recovery. I appreciate your professionalism!Thank you Dr. Gayle!

When she visited my bed right before surgery I asked her about the coding on my insurance and she had a pre-planned speech that was very bold and specific repeating at least three times that she was not going to jail for coding my procedure in a particular way. Then asking the nurse what time it was the nurse said 10:26 my surgery was at 10:30 and she said turn him over and let's go I had no time for any other questions or concerns.

Dr. Gayle is a wonderful doctor. My wife has been seeing her for several years and I always accompany her to understand what is going on. Dr. Gayle explains everything to us and listens. The entire office staff has been friendly and extremely helpful, at one time staying just a little bit late for us to return a monitor. It had been ten years since my last colonoscopy, so I decided that Dr. Gayle would be my doctor for this procedure. All of the facilities that she practices in are excellent and you feel really comfortable. She explained everything and the procedure was a snap. She did remove a polyp and Ericka called within a few days to let me know that it was benign. I have nothing but excellent words of recommendation for Dr. Gayle and her team!
