Dr. Bonsell and Brett are honestly, incredible! They had me walking before my staples were taken out after a total knee...Denise the scheduler is also wonderful. She made scheduling my surgery easy.

Shawn is an incredibly talented surgeon. He has done my 2 knee surgery, and my sons collar bone. My sons collarbone was crushed in football. Another Doctor said it was the worst break he had ever seen. Shawn took care of it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bonsell for at least 5 years, and had several knee issues that he has helped alleviate. I like him. and I’m the past the office staff has been very helpful. This time I am very exasperated though. I need to make an appointment but can only reach Denise’s vm. I have left several messages over the last 2 days and have not received a call back.

I’ve been a patient for 15 years. I tore my ACL at 15. Soccer was my life. Their entire staff was amazing through the whole process. I was back a year later with tearing the other ACL; my visits and care were superb. He genuinely care about his patients and are very passionate about the sports and athletes. They were always answering my questions and explaining what they were doing or what needed fixing all while keeping me relaxed. Had to go back this year for a follow up and it’s like nothing changed. They were all just as focused but helpful as before. Love Dr. Bonsell!

One of the worst customer experience I've ever had. I have been trying to get a knee replacement surgery for a long time now. They took my insurance, were close etc. The receptionist told me when I showed up for an appointment, he no longer does surgery, "but there are other methods". Sure enough, when I saw the Dr. he says good news, the surgery is what I need and will fix the problem, the bad news I no longer do any surgery (although on several web sited, he is an "ortho surgeon". To make matters worse, he said his partner does the surgery and will find out if he takes my insurance. I've heard nothing in a week, despite me leaving messages for a return call. Stay away at all costs.

Dr. Bonsell is amazing. Very kind and experienced surgeon. He has operated on my collar bone, my son's collar bone, my husband's knee and ankle.

Dr. Bonsell has been great with my daughters acl repair. He and his staff have been very thorough and helpful. Would highly recommend.
