Shelly Heidelbaugh Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Heidelbaugh does not return phone calls, does not refill prescriptions for weeks, and does not give lab or x-ray reports weeks after onset of illness or injury. She does not listen to concerns of the patient and turns her back most of the visit to type on the computer. Her staff is rude as well.

Dr Heidelbaugh always takes time to listen. That's become a rare commodity in the medical world. She truly cares about her patient's health and well-being.

I awoke Tuesday morning for a 7:30 appointment that was scheduled six months in advance. While getting ready I checked my email to find a new appointment reminder for Thursday at 2pm, and when I logged in to her website my Tuesday appointment was gone, even though I had received my reminder email on Sunday. When I called in I was informed the appointment was rescheduled but they had no information as to how or why. They rudely hung up when I said they could cancel that appointment too.

AMAZING! My experience began with Shelby, who helped me schedule my first visit. She even called me when there was a sooner opening. When I arrived, I was greeted by Elana, who was pleasant, smiling and very helpful. The M.A., Kelly, was super friendly, personable and very down to earth! I then met Dr. Heidelbaugh and she was very easy to talk to yet very professional. She made me feel at east about my health concerns. Looking forward to a long patient/doctor relationship! I had a new patient consultation yesterday, I'm 66 years old and have never been to a doctor who I felt really listened to what I was saying about my health and the kind of care I would like to receive.. Dr. Heidelbaugh is one of the finest doctors I have ever had the privilege to know. She is knowledgeable, caring, kind, and truly cares about her patients. She spends all the time you need to answer your questions and you never feel Rushed when you are in her care. I have recommended her to everyone in my family, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor.

Best experience I have had with a physician in a long time. Being in the medical field myself I greatly appreciated the efficiency of her staff, reasonably short wait time, and professional knowledge of Dr. Heidelbaugh. I was very impressed with Dr. Heidelbaugh on my first visit. I plan to keep her as my main internist. She is thoughtful, caring, easy to talk to and seems very knowledgeable. I would recommend her highly. She spent a lot of time with me and did not rush.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. One star is too much.

She is the best doctor I have ever had. I miss her very much. I was her patient in California and I wish she was still here.
