This place is a joke. I left a review of my terrible experience on another platform and the owner still defended their trashy behavior without apologizing for personally attacking me and hurting my feelings. I had to fake a positive experience at their practice the day I chose to never go again because I was so embarrassed yet the owner has virtually bullied me still. By far this is the most uncomfortable place for such vulnerable treatments we all love to get done. Avoid avoid avoid!

Skinfinity is the ONLY and BEST place to go for your skincare, laser and injectable needs. Kendra and her staff are all so professional and so kind. Skinfinity will never do a treatment you don’t need just to do it; they will make sure it’s the best thing for you. Each one of the team want to make sure that every person that walks into their facility leaves feeling and looking their absolute best. Everyone I have referred to Skinfinity has always left satisfied and has always been back for more. I truly love this place!

I’ve seen Kendra, the owner, and Kerry a few times now. Both ladies are true professionals and care deeply about their clients. They are both perfectionists at heart, very detailed oriented and will give you plenty of their time and attention to ensure their work delivers beautiful results. The entire staff is very friendly and the spa setting is very cozy and welcoming. Whether you need injections or laser treatments, or a topical product, Skinfinity has plenty to offer, including the latest technology and advanced European injectables. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed!

I have been coming to this place for almost 5 years. Amazing laser hair service from Karen who has been in the industry her whole life and recently retired. They brought in someone new for the laser who charged me double the price with a service that didn’t look like anything was done. The owner blamed it on ME & my hair quality, defended her employees terrible job, pretended like she didn’t see all the missed spots when I showed it to her and blamed the retired employee being wrong with pricing because now “I’m costing her money because my hair doesn’t need it”… yes, exact words. I’m so so disappointed of how unprofessional this was handled. I’m never coming back here. I was made a fool of when I have been getting laser done for 10+ years and bawled my eyes out after leaving. Newsflash - we’re the paying customers LOL. We ask and pay for a service to have you do it without judgement. A business owner is not a business owner without its customers. Sad to part ways with this small business because I really wanted to support them but they have horrendous customer service. Avoid at all costs! Go somewhere that actually works and is worth your money.

Love going to Skinfinity for all my skincare and preventative needs. Kendra and her team are knowledgeable, kind, warm and provide excellent customer service. . They always have the most cutting edge equipment for skin care, rolling back the clock on aging, laser and weight loss. She is honest and fair! Hands down my favorite place to go and be pampered. I always leave looking and feeling my best because of Kendra's care. Highly recommend.
