I absolutely love coming here! The entire staff is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every time I walk in, I feel completely taken care of. A special shoutout to Lauren, she is truly the best! She’s so knowledgeable, kind, and always makes sure I leave feeling amazing. Highly recommend Spa in the City to anyone looking for great service and an overall wonderful experience.

Just because a med spa says “we have a nurse practitioner” doesn’t mean they actually know what they’re doing with Botox or lasers. Most places have no license and no malpractice insurance. If you get hurt, suing them is basically pointless because they have nothing to lose. Seriously, don’t let anyone inject random stuff in you without proof of training and legit licenses!

I have went to many med spas — not only the Dallas area but around the US as I've traveled. Not only did I feel like they were highly educated here but they were caring and empathetic toward my skin issues and made a plan that fit my budget and skin needs!! Highly recommend the ladies at spa in the city !!

Sally is the best , she did hydro facial on me and it was the best , she is incredible and knows what she is doing, she gave me many advices about my skin, that I will definitely follow and at the end she gave me that AMAZING massage 💆🏻♀️. I feel like a new person and so refreshed. Not to forget the sweetest lady at the front desk, She is an angel . Will definitely come back.
