This practice is good. Dr. HO explains everything well and appears to care that I get better. The orthotics company they use is more expensive than others. There’s $100 difference in the one they offer and my friend’s podiatrist’s company. Something you may want to know.

I so wanted to give a 5 star review but this office staff is the rudest of all time. I have been a patient of Dr Babich several years now and he is above excellent, he talks to you with the upmost empathy for your needs and addresses all concerns. Although I have experienced HORRIBLE customer service for at least 2 of the staff including Maria. I even talk with the doctor about this treatment doing one of my earlier visits and let him know that I thought the staff was being a bit prejudice so I've decided that I'm going to make it formal complaint and I informed Maria of this today it didn't seem to face her she didn't care she was really rude on the phone she didn't answer the phone as Texas foot and ankle center she just said hello and I needed to really talk with her about my shoes and I just didn't even get around to it I asked a question about payment and trying to make an appointment with my limited income and the increase in my rent I haven't been able to have the money for a copay so I hadn't been up to date on my appointment and she said well I'm going to put on your reservation that you must pay your copay and I just thought that was so unnecessary and I asked her what do you do that with everybody and she said well no I just want you to know you've got to pay it all because I asked a question about whether or not I could be billed and I just think harshness and her rudeness was uncalled for it made me feel extremely little I'm already dealing with losing my job for 15 years due to Covid and being 64 and disabled the surgeries that have had to go through in relation to my diabetes foot care is something I really need and she just made me feel horrible so this is my review I see that other people have had good experiences with the front desk and I'm so happy for them but I have not and I keep coming back because this doctor is the absolute best

Honestly, the front office is not too friendly. But, the medical care I receive keeps me coming back. Dr. Tommy Ho is wonderful. He takes the time to explain diagnosis and treatment options without making you feel rushed. I am glad I was referred to Texas Foot & Ankle Center and found Dr. Ho.

The Best experience I've ever had. Dr. Ho was very helpful and called me back , insuring me he would see me and letting me know how bad my wound was,. I was very scared I was going to lose my big toe. At this moment I wouldn't and he would do everything to help prevent that. He took the time to explain to me what my opinions were and how we would work together to fix it. I felt so relieved when I lefted his office I would recommend him 100% to anyone who has any foot or ankle problems, he's the man. Sincerely Antonia Pitts
