Medical staff is great! Business office folks are AWFUL! Quoted me self-pay rate of approx. $3000. Paid in full the day before surgery. After chasing them for a receipt, 10 days later they finally responded stating that I owed an additional $3500. RDICULOUS! Get your surgical price quote in writing!!! I am not working with their business office staff anymore, I will work through my surgeon's office and their office manager to get this resolved.

From the front desk administrative staff to the pre and post op nursing care to the surgeon himself, my husband and I were thoroughly impressed by the kindness and professionalism here. Highest quality care! Also, the waiting areas and facility were clean and quiet.

I recently had surgery at this facility and can say they were amazing. My nurse had no trouble getting in my IV. I didn’t even feel it. The circulator nurse came back to recovery to check on me well after the surgery. My husband was kept in constant communication.The entire staff was very personable and caring. My anesthesiologist and surgeon informed me on what to expect prior to the procedure. I can honestly say if I ever have surgery again this is where I will go

Poor communication. Procedure should have been a preventative colonoscopy procedure, instead it was coded otherwise, costing me hundreds out of pocket. Stay away from this provider and organization!

Short review: excellent pre-surgery communication for gallbladder surgery and with my Aetna High Deductible health plan. Check-in, service, care and exit treatment was first class. Longer review. My primary doctor, Dr Pamela Cruz and every doctor and facility within the Texas Health system has been incredible for the 18 years we have been in Dallas. From today's surgery with Dr Dean Cione, to hernia surgery to knee to breast cancer the doctors and facilities have always been fantastic. God bless our medical people and their support staff.

My wife has been through many surgeries and this is the absolute best experience ever at a surgical center. The nurses and staff were amazing. The level of communication was the best of the best. Recommend Texas Health Surgery Center with a 10 out 10.

I'm surprised about the low reviews for this center. My experience was top notch. Between the wonderful and very attentive staff to my wonderful surgeon, my surgery was as good of an experience as a surgery can possibly be.

I've never experienced such an attentive staff from registration to dismissal and follow-up! Thank you for your kindness. Happy Nurses Week! Y'all were rock stars yesterday. Noticed some Google complaints and it sounds as those they are complaints that should be taken up with your doctor's NOT this center.
