I had surgery here in March of 2021. I signed a promissory note to pay for FULL amount of surgery over 4 payments. I made a $500 payment that day and had 4 more payments set up after. I started receiving bills 2 months later and tried to call leaving voicemails, no one called or emailed me any follow up. Finally reached them and they said they "forgot to enter my plan" therefore leaving me to start payments in July, 4 months later. If I had not called and left a vm, they would not have even caught it. To top it off, the person I spoke to said, she would also send me the remainder of my bill. Remainder? The payment plan was for the full cost after insurance and now they have found more fees to pile on. Please be your own advocate here, they are not paying attention and seems do not have all the details of your cost ironed out even if they say they do.

I don’t have the words to explain the amazing treatment I received after waking up from my surgery today . Everyone was super super sweet and VERY attentive ,making sure I was comfortable and wasn’t wanting for anything. I was treated like a QUEEN 👑 I can’t help but to reflect on my experience as I lay in my bed recovering at home .God Bless them all !!!!

The staff here cares. They have amazing team work and it shows that all of them loves their job. I felt safe and comfortable. The warm hospitality was mind blowing. The staff was organized and friendly very attentive.

Had surgery yesterday and am impressed. The facility was very clean and everyone was fantastic. Hopefully most of these names are right. I don't know if very many people are calm before surgery but I'm not and because of COVID precautions no one can come up with you so being alone makes it worse. However, Dawn took my vitals and she was conversationalist which was appreciated and helped make me less nervous. She is a pro at the IV, I barely felt it. I believe Ana was the nurse for the procedure itself and wow is she the kindest nurse. She checked on me several times while waiting for the doctor. This is where I get fuzzy I am blanking on the anesthesiologist and while I have only been under a few times this was the best. He answered my questions and put me at easeHis 30+ years of experience definitely showed. I woke up I believe without any issues. I think they were a little surprised I could remember things somewhat quick. Surprisingly I was not tired at all the entire day. In fact I actually couldn't go to sleep. I truly felt fine.The worst of my symptoms from the actual surgery is my throat is a bit sore and the bruise I have on my lip, assuming from whatever breathing assistance I needed while out and I'm still working on rehydrating from my fasting. And for probably the best part but whoever the nurse was in recovery who brought the snacks was also fantastic and patient with me while I was rudely on the phone with my husband coordinating pick up.I hope to not have to have any more procedures but if I have to come back here I know I'll be in the absolute best hands.

Wonderful facility. Also very clean. My husband approved as well.ALL of the staff were very caring, helpful and cared about my well being. I was there until 10 p.m. after my surgery and they didn't try to rush me out or make me feel guilty.Couldn't ask for a better experience other than not having surgery. I would give more Stars if that were possible.Thanks to everyone there!!!

I specifically want to recognize Rachel who got me ready for my surgery this morning. Not only did she make me feel at ease, but she offered to pray with me and said the most beautiful prayer that brought a tear to my eye. It truly made the day better! I am so grateful that she was there this morning!
