Operator working today was extremely rude and also refused to do anything to assist me with my needs. I asked if there was any doctor or nurse I could briefly chat with over the phone and she not only judged me with her tone and told me no, but she proceeded to inform me the doctors normally only work 3-5 and that I wouldn’t be able to get in until after the new year “anyway.” At the end she hung up on me as I was apologizing for disturbing her day, thanking her, and telling her to have a good day.. wow.

My second visit, the doctor was delayed in surgery. The staff was extremely considerate very cordial and apologetic. We did a phone call the next evening with the doctor for my appointment. As the first visit, the doctor was very knowledgeable considerate explained everything asked a lots of questions. I left the office the prior day and ended the phone visit with the doctor feeling like I have dealt with people who genuinely care about me. The office staff is delightful considerate extremely kind and the doctor has the same qualities. I have never had such a good feeling about visiting the doctor before. Thank you staff and thank you doctor

Dr. Patel explained the procedure thoroughly and so I could understand it. He was patient and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. The staff was super nice and helpful.
