I had an amazing experience at The Derm Lounge Aesthetics & Longevity in Dallas! Nurse Dana is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease during my hair cocktail + mesoneedling treatment. Paige, the office manager, was also fantastic—so organized, warm, and helpful throughout the entire process. Just a few weeks after the treatment, I’m already starting to see results!

This place is the least professional, least qualified offering of services in the Metroplex. They do not have on-site physicians or nurse practitioners so they outsource through some weird 3rd parties. They have insane cancellation and penalty provisions (also outsourced) and they only have one practitioner who is usually posting bikini pictures on instagram. Don't plan anything within 2 hours of your appointment either because you will wait in a room for up to an HOUR due to their short staff, lack of practitioners and complete disorganization. This is a puppy mill style operation based on zero substance. Any other option preferred. Stay AWAY from this sub-standard 'spa'.

Not only is Dana and her entire staff, friends of mine... but they also surpass any other services of injectables I've received.... I live in Scottsdale Arizona....the home of medical enhancement's and I wait until I get to dallas to get the best Botox and other treatments available!! Thank you, Botox Barbie and your entire staff for always making me look, absolutely my best !!!! Because every age is too young, to look too old!
