Additional charges - I was told my insurance covered goods and services… turns out that was “miscommunicated.” Now left with unexpected charges.The optician experience was great and I really liked them.I provided my insurance details and confirmed by charges were covered and left the office a very happy customer. A month later received an invoice for charges, called and advised that despite me checking everything was covered by insurance the office staff got it wrong and I owed money. I could have chosen different products to avoid charges but there was a “miscommunication” as insurance is “very confusing”. No apology given and the office staff didn’t care or accept responsibility.

Dr. Chapman and his staff treated me so well. Dr. Chapman he’s so knowledgeable and personable, will definitely be going back for prescription updates and for future eyecare needs questions.

Wonderful office/experience! Dr. Chapman was professional and told me exactly where my vision was at at the time of the visit and explained in detail what I needed; he even took his time going over the images of my retinas with me explaining everything in detail. When he was finished he allowed me to ask all the questions I needed without rushing me, he really took his time before ending the visit to insure all questions were answered. His staff was equally awesome! They helped me find frames for my style and took their time allowing me to try on as many pairs as I liked. I have already noticed I have less eye strain with my new glasses and have recommended Dr. Chapman to everyone I know!

Dr. Paul Hayter has been my optometrist for 20 years. I only trust my eyes to him. My entire family including my Mother in Law all see Dr. Hayter. The staff are all friendly, professional and polite. The Office is extremely clean.

Dr. Chapman and the rest of the team gave me the best experience! Everything from scheduling my appointment to picking up my new prescription glasses was perfect. Their customer service, communication, extensive knowledge, frame options, pricing, and convenient location helped me convince my family to schedule their appointments. I love my new glasses!
