12/6/2020: I am speechless, but I will do my best to explain. My brother slipped/fell during a autistic & behavioral melt down. In turn, he opened his scalp with the corner edge (wall) of the restroom entrance. The entire situation was very scary. Immediately called 911 since there was a lot of blood, then Dr Tonya. 911 paramedics suggested transportation to a hospital, but with COVID-19, our family grew more afraid since we haven’t left our home since March 2020. Dr Tonya arrived within 15-20min. What could have taken hours to do in a hospital setting with the possible risk of contracting COVID-19, the FLU, or any other viral infection, Dr Tonya did in 30 minutes. She analyzed, assessed, treated (with staples), explained everything I needed to know, & answered my concerns. She even stayed for an additional amount of time despite it being a Sunday. Dr Tonya is the absolute BEST. Hands down. Thank you for helping my precious brother and calming our family.Dr. Tonya McDonald is amazing and god-sent. My kiddo did not like doctors or hospital look-a-like buildings due to his previous life-threatening experiences. His behavior made it difficult for my kiddo to be thoroughly checked head-to-toe and usually resulted in a cancellation. Dr. McDonald's patience, understanding, and kind heart changed that. After sharing toys and talking, kiddo allowed her to check his vitals, lung sounds, and ears! I could go on, but the point is Dr. McDonald is hands down impressive. I am overjoyed to have such an emphatic and knowledgeable doctor for my little one.

My son Joey fell down and opened his head 2 inches and since we are in a pandemic, we did not want to take him to the hospital. So we called Dr Tonya McDonald and she immediately came to the house and cleaned his wound and stapled his head together. Sincerely, no words can describe how grateful we are with Dr Tonya. Over and over again she continues to provide great care for our son. But this was too of the line and we will never ever let her go. Highly recommend her as a nice, friendly, respectable, knowledgeable, and super caring pediatrician.

Highly recommend her for PCP. For example, today we had an emergency and our son opened up his head 2 inches and bleeding everywhere. It was so scary! Especially going to the ER during a pandemic. So we called Dr Tonya McDonald and thank God that she rushed to our house and cleaned the wound and stapled his head. She is a true blessing! Forever grateful!
