I love this place! Very attentive and polite.

Super fast and friendly, very sweet folks attending you as we go in with issues it can be very difficult mentally and emotionally and when you have such a good team like this it helps a lot. They saw me 15 minutes in for my appointment which is not bad at all given the fact that I have waited longer in clinics. They explained the procedure step by step and we’re very patient with me, I was very happy and satisfied with my appointment and my visit.

Fast check in (done online), so I didn’t have to wait long once I arrived. My X-ray tech was wonderful. Her name was Iya. Not sure of the pronunciation. Very kind, patient and professional. I hope she’s there when I go back for a follow up mammogram in May!

The receptionist was remarkably rude and unhelpful. Also don't bother making an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early and still wasn't seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time.

From beginning to end Touchstones personnel were courteous and professional. I was seen and examined timely and the facilities were clean and tidy!!

Avoid doing the image here , not just specific forest lane one but the whole touchstone wherever they have. They can’t get patients information correct and the scheduling system is bad you may face having appointment they take some time off from work, but when you arrived they will tell you your appointment doesn’t exist or you never scheduled. they can’t get your order and insurance correct.
