My insurance is in network with this company yet I was charged the full amount for my X-ray. If you are in network then there should be communication with insurance companies so you know what is covered. My insurance said I should not have been charged anything. I called their customer service and they said I had to pay upfront and then wait till insurance paid them and then they would send me a refund. That shouldn’t be happening if they are in network.

Front Office told me I wouldn't be paying a deductible and that my imaging would be covered by my insurance. It wasn't. Got a bill for $270. Thank you Touchstone North Dallas.

I got a 9am appointment the very morning I called. Went to Northpark location, basically where Baylor and Carrol clinic is at Park and Central. Everything was on time and staff was very friendly.

I recently had some imaging done at Touchstone and I found the process, beginning at scheduling, all the way through the imaging, to be very positive. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I was checked in quickly and called back for the imaging before my actual scheduled appointment time. Well done, Touchstone.
