There was no plan with sally and pickle man. Though promote Stephanie and Mariana front desk staff rock. Your dentists suck I should know I have one year experience of coming in and getting absolutely nothing productive done to my mouth

I have been going here for 2 years and never had an issue with anyone. Dr. Christina was the good at what she did. Well today my 4 year old was scheduled a procedure that I thought dr Christina was going to do but when I got there Dr Ariya preece was there. My guy said to leave because she had a bad attitude and really didn’t care to listen why 2 people where there. When they started the procedure I heard a kids screaming I asked one of the ladies in the front which I believe was Faviola if it was my baby girl she answered no it was the other patient. I sat back down and it stopped then I hear it again and Mariana walks in hears it and turns the tv up louder so I couldn’t hear. I ran to the back and indeed it was my baby girl. They tried to justify it . Please go with your GUT!!

Everyone already talked about the customer service is great. What i liked the most is the fact that they work with me in order to find the best financing option. It is very affordable and the payment plan I got was perfect for my budget. I work a lot and honestly I often forget about the appointments but the friendly staff always called one day before my appointment to remind me about it and that made a difference. Thanks Universal Dental.*after 3 years of being a customer *Updating my review, I decided to not go back to this place, I had to keep going back for them to fix what the messed up, now I have to go somewhere else and pay another dentist even more.

Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait two hours to be seen. Once in the room, they did the basics of taking XRays and evaluating the teeth. The doctor then walked out. About one hour later an employee came in to explain the treatment that was needed. They said that I need several fillings, a root canal, wisdom teeth removed as well as a deep cleaning. The total was $5,750. When I asked for the basic cleaning covered by the insurance, the employee said that only the office manager could approve it. Went to a different dentist with the list of what was required and he said that none of that was necessary.
