Dr. Michael Nissan did my face and neck lift surgery at Clements Hospital Dallas, TX. I lost 80 pounds with Ozempic and need face , neck lift surgery. Dr. Nissan did wonderful job, awesome results. He answered all my questions , very kind and has superb bed side manners. I recommend him for all plastic surgeries.
Dr. Lies is absolutely amazing! My 360 belt lipectomy results exceeded all expectations—natural, beautiful, and truly life-changing. From consultation to recovery, I felt completely cared for and confident in their expertise. If you’re considering this procedure, I highly recommend Dr. Lies
I needed on hard copies and went to records to have them put on a disc. They didn't have to access anything, just put what I had in hand from the doctors on a disc. They refused saying my husband had to be there to sign and give them his ID. I didn't need them to access any records at all just put what I had, all UTSW notes from his doctors on a disc. I will go to fedex and get it done. Thanks for being lazy and hardass! UT SOUTHWESTERN DALLAS MEDICAL RECORDS ON EMPIRE CENTRAL OFFICE MANAGER WHO WOULD NOT SHOW HER FACE
Thanks to their lack of patient care I may never get my surgery approved. They twice neglected to tell me my surgeons stopped performing the procedure while I was in the middle of trying to get it approved. They are uncaring and don’t care about their patients at all.
I came in for a facial with Meagan Rodriguez it was quite literally life changing. After double cleansing and exfoliating she did a thorough skin analysis and told me everything she noticed. She shared with me what areas needed improvement and what areas I was doing well at. She extracted my milia and blackheads and it was practically painless. The masks and massage was amazing. She massaged my scalp and neck and shoulders. My décolleté was glowing and she suggested a laser treatment for the pesky broken capillaries around my nose. I brought in my current regimen for her review and she mentioned a few key ingredients that would take my results to the next level. I purchased two products a vitamin C and SPF and have been using them for a month now and literally I am STILL glowing. I see her again in two weeks. I can’t wait for my next session. Meagan is thorough, detailed, passionate and informative. You can tell she loves what she does. Hands down the best Aesthetician and Laser Technician I have ever been treated by. I hesitated to make this post so I can keep her my little secret but it’s only fair I let everyone know how amazing she is!
I have been here a few times. I have met with a surgeon as well as an endocrinologist. Of all the times I came, I have always been greeted, and taken back before my appointment. Everyone I have encountered has been extremely nice, listened to my concerns and never felt rushed. The facilities are always clean as well. My experience with my particular doctors, radiology, lab, and surgeon have been wonderful. I actually switched doctors and make the trek all the way into Dallas due to the level of care I have received from UTSW.
As with any hospital there are so many different levels and departments. Every time I come to this hospital two things are certain, always construction going on and you can count on increased traffic. I like this facility because the valet parking is much better. You also can get a ticket from your doctors office to pay for cost of valet. The staff are very friendly and timely, up to this point with appointments. The truth is no one really wants to go to the hospital but if it's a must, you should at least have a positive customer service experience, right!
Excellent cosmetic work and professional staff.
Rheumatology: So far the poorest performing doctors I've had to work with in the metroplex. How exactly did UTSW ever get ranked high? Their patients don't do better than patients treated elsewhere. Clearly, that ranking is someone's bias. Btw, their valet drivers crashed my bumper 2 times and then lied about it. Generally, the nurses are immature and sometimes spiteful which seems to be encouraged? Tad dangerous culture for healthcare is my guess.. Dr. Bermas- might be part of the top down unprofessional culture. This opinion comes from years of working with them. You keep waiting for the "A Game" because of their "ranking" and they never bring it. Instead you get gashes in your bumper, snarky unprofessional nurses, prescriptions messed up every time, and a poor standard of care from a condescending Dr. If you doubt it- see the other reviews!
on 5/27/2020 i had a hip arthroscopy. this is my second one. my first one was at Zale Lipshy and it went wonderful this one however not so much. 7/10 of the nurses were not friendly. i did not feel comfortable, they treated me like they were going through the motions and i was just another number on a chart i know covid has limited the number of visitors but when i went into recovery i was all alone with the rudest nurses. he ripped my iv out with no warning, i tried to talk to him but he was short and unpleasant. which left me staring at a wall by myself for a good hour. when leaving they made me change in what felt like 20 seconds just recklessly tearing everything off me and shoving a mask on my face, they put me in a wheelchair just to argue on who's taking me down to my moms car. my anesthesiologist, surgeon, and one latina nurse were the only ones to comfort me, smile at me, and make me feel safe. maybe the amazing treatment, and attitudes at. Zale set my standards too high but i was definitely disappointed. i cried probably 4 times because i was in pain and alone. i am a MINOR & not even my mom could come back to recovery but she was fine in the pre op area?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
