You guys are Sorry sorry I would never recommend anyone to you, I've had only poor service, poor professionalism. Dr Emmanuel Okolo has only added more stress to my already injured health by not responding to request to send my STD provider my records to continue receiving payment as well as continued work leave, my employer has insisted that I return to work or lose my job due to Village Medicals lack luster response to my many urgent request.

Had a great experience with staff and Dr. Lugo. Billing department is predatory. Dr. Lugo offered a free follow-up appointment to my blood test. Village Medical ends up billing me for that "free visit" and after spending approximately 3 months trying to communicate with their non-existent department, Village Medical ends up sending a collections company to collect on this fee.
