The staff is great but I spent an hour and a half here waiting for a scheduled blood draw on my last visit and almost an hour this time. I feel that's pretty ridiculous. I use Dr. Rachel and she's been really kind and helpful. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful too. It's inside a Walgreens so you can grab a snack after your appointment if you've been fasting.

I came here for a physical and some vaccines, I waited 45 in a patient room and when I was finally able to get checked, I received no apology for having to wait that long. The nurse practitioner who saw me was not very welcoming, phrased her responses to my questions as if I was slow and didn’t know what I was talking about. As I waited for the nurse techs to draw my blood, I overheard the nurse practitioner making fun of me and how she couldn’t believe that I didn’t have a copy of my vaccine record (even though when she saw me she told me she could print it out for me with no issue). I heard her laugh with another coworker about how I misheard “kneel” when she said “heel”, so I proceeded to bend down to kneel . We even laughed it off and I told her my head was blanking out. Just for her to go and laugh about me to another worker. I overheard all of this. They are extremely unprofessional and not graceful at all. As healthcare professionals, you would think they would be more professional. They are rude. I will not state the name of the NP who I visited , but she is extremely unwelcoming and ill-mannered. It makes me sad to know they speak about patients in such a condescending way.

Waited almost an hour after appointment time just to see doctor. Basic lab results have taken over 10 days to get back, still haven’t gotten them. There is no way to directly contact clinic, you always have to go through a call center.
