I’m traveling a lot and needed a dentist in the Dallas area. This location did not disappoint. The cleaning is very thorough and the staff is all competent and attentive. I enjoyed the conversation and the comfortable chairs and my teeth look better than ever.

Dont go here unless you want to be in pain...My son needed an extraction which Dr. Carmichael recommended....My son was in so much pain he cried through the whole process...I don't know why Dr. Carmichael didnt stop to tell my son if he was in pain or if he needed more anesthetic he just proceeded with the extraction...I reported him to the dental association since he did a bad job no kid or adult should be in pain....Staff was rude as well and didnt care what I had to say...Don't go here unless you want rude staff and be in pain, wish I could give this review 0 stars..

I am so grateful that I found Vintage Dental Spa! So many of the dentist practices are owned by the same entity and they are committed to upselling and downright cheating their patients. I came to Vintage after such an experience and was treated fairly and not charged for anything that wasn't present or pressing. Everyone in that office is kind and professional and consistent from the front desk to the dental hygienists and the dentist is wonderful, professional and down to earth. I can't say enough nice things about them!!

Nobody really looks forward to going to the dentist, but I recently had a surprisingly pleasant visit to Dr. Carmichael's office. It felt a lot like stopping by a friendly neighborhood superhero in scrubs! He's extremely knowledgeable. The staff is professional and makes you feel at home right from the moment you walk in.

I've been a patient at this clinic for at least eight years, and my family also receives care. While Dr. Carmichael is friendly, his staff could improve their courtesy, and the billing department needs to be more efficient. Recently, I received a bill from six months ago stating I had three cleanings in one year, something I don't recall. It seems illogical, and I'm being forced to pay for a service I don't remember. If it was actually performed, it would have been professional to notify me that it wasn't covered by insurance or explain the reason for the third appointment. Unfortunately, this isn't the first issue we've had with this clinic

Excellent service and expertise. Dr. Carmichael did a great job of filling in two chipped teeth. The staff are all kind, professional and very welcoming. Dr. Carmichael understood exactly what was going on and what I wanted and all went smoothly and quickly with no hiccups and a great result.
