What an amazing experience from the moment I walked in the suite until the exit!! Brittany & Taylor were amazing. Brittany will assist you in the whole registration process INCLUDING helping you find price perks. Taylor is such a gem! Can we scream knowledgeable!! Add in extreme Patience & super experienced too!! While assisting you in what services you requested upon booking she is awesome in suggestions, advice, and educating you on the overall process. It's a MUST GO TO EXPERIENCE!! I will return! Thank you !!

Taylor and Brittaneey were fantastic. They were very knowledgable and professional and definitely the best in DFW at what they do. They made my experience enjoyable and I can’t wait to see the final results.

I’m extremely disappointed with this med spa. I really wish I hadn’t purchased 3 sessions from them, having one left, I’m still writing this review. I left my pearl earrings after a treatment. I called and they confirmed they had them and were going to keep it in a safe place. When I came for my next treatment and asked for them, they didn’t know where they were and said they were on desk... NOT A SAFE PLACE! I left my number for the manager to call me in the event she had them. No call. Called the spa and left my number for the manager to call me. No call. I know my belongings are my responsibility but I’ve had no communication about them and I should be able to trust them after they confirmed they had them. In addition to this, my treatments have been sub-par results and I had to request to see the changes on the Visia or whatever it’s called and didn’t see much improvement with a very expensive treatment.
