Enjoyed my visit, however I was three minutes late to my appointment and I wasn’t seen for 30 minutes after that. Nevertheless, I scheduled again with the same practitioner just in Addison this time.

I went for a consultation today at Vitalyc and Kailey helped make it such positive experience. She listened to my needs and navigated the process with ease. Although I have a bit of a budget, she offered solutions to make things possible and in such a warm way. The spa has a nice, new, clean feel and everyone was welcoming when I walked in the door. I’m looking forward to going back for treatments.
