I've been seeing Rosie for sometime and have had approximately 3 to 4 Botox treatments. Unfortunately each and every time she requires additional unit to get the same result as other aesthetician which drives the price up a lot higher. Today was the last straw - upon my arrival I was immediately notified of a $50 charge because I missed my previous appointment. Fine. However that apparently wasn't enough because when I go to the room for actual services to be provided I'm reminded that I missed my last appointment three more times by Rosie - and at that time I apologize and explain to her that I had two deaths in the family within 2 days and that was why I couldn't make my last appointment. A normal person would respond to that with something in the line of I'm sorry to hear that. Instead Rosie's response was "well it's a crazy time for everybody" and again brings up the fact that I missed my appt. Their professionalism is laughable! Never have I experienced such lack of customer service or compassion. I will certainly not spend my money there, especially with the rude stuck up attitude that every staff member had - not to mention much higher prices. As I previously stated... there's a lot of great aestheticians in the DFW market. Find one that does a good job without driving up the price and is professional.

Alexis is an excellent laser technician ! She is thorough and easily qualms any jitters you may have which is important during laser hair removal (ouch). I actually find myself laughing and joking throughout the service.

First of all I would like you to know that I have 25 years experience in the Skin Care, Makeup, and Medical Aesthetic Industry... I know every Rep. and almost every Plastic Surgeon, and Dermatologist in Dallas... With that being said... My best friend is the Allergan Rep.(Botox, Juvederm, and Kybella) I am VERY selective on who injects me... Tonya is one of the best injectors in Dallas! She is very conservative and is such an artist in helping you achieve your desired result. She is thorough in her consultation... Knowledgeable on her products, and helps plan a protocol on your skin care regimen... After your service... She offers a 2 week follow up to make sure that you are satisfied with your results. (It usually takes 7-10 days for your injectables to take effect) This is a sign of a great injector... You can always add more... but you cant always take what you have injected away... The results are amazing... No one will know that you have had anything done... She also has some of the most affluent clientele in Dallas... It may be difficult to get an appointment with her... but believe me it is worth the wait... She is also one of the most professional clinicians that I know... Her practice also offers lasers like Clear and Brilliant. Its great...Its a light laser that puts a little collagen in your collagen bank. You can do it once a month... very tolerable... and targets the layers of the skin that are most compromised by the early signs of aging... It prevents the signs of aging, maintains the results that you love from your skin care, facials, and injectables, and improves the texture and tone of your skin. Do yourself a favor and book with her today!

She always knows what I'm needing, without hesitation. Even quick to say "you really for need that" if I'm just obsessing. It's apparent how well she knows her treatment & equipment. Well skin offers the top treatments, and doesn't waste time with the outdated ones. Beautiful office, quiet & relaxing.
