This is the best dentist office ever !!! Dr McMillan is so professional and knowledgeable and funny I really feel like family when I walk in . And Judy is the best dental hygienist I am a forever patient !

I'm writing this review in response to my final bad experience that was not followed up on, which I strongly felt should have been. I was with West Davis for several years, during which they cleaned, Xrayed and made referrals for a couple root canals. West Davis knew I had been hurt by my prior dentist, so I always got gels and shots. I came in for my cleaning in August 2023, and the hygienist seemed to be in a hurry. While working with the cleaning machine on my teeth she looked away towards the hall several times--that's not ok, and very painful. I started asking for 30 second breaks from the pain, and she was irritable and kept her hand pushed against my shoulder to restrain me a bit because I was so jumpy, and kept telling me it would be over soon. Finally I had a complete yelling and crying meltdown, which I've never done before, because it was so painful and I was being held down in my chair and not allowed enough breaks to process all the pain. When that happened she said, "Ok well I think you're going to need the "full-strength" gel." WAIT, WHAT? Your client, with prior dentist office trauma, begging for relief from pain for 30 minutes before you admit you only gave something like a placebo? As soon as I got home I reported her to her superior. My family and I have never gone back. Nobody ever called to see if I was OK, to tell me if the hygienist was trained or disciplined, or to ask why we never came back. I have my first dental checkup since then tomorrow, 2 1/2 years later, and my teeth are pretty messed up for lack of professional cleanings. The lead hygienist at WDD was good, so if you are sensitive like me I would ask for her.

I broke a tooth late on a Friday. Two lovely ladies stayed after hours and took care of me. Really appreciated the service and positive attitude. 🙌

What a wonderful patient experience. Dr. Yvette Martinez was probably the best dentist I’ve ever worked with. Right in the heart of Bishop arts this is walkable from where I live. They’re open seven days a week and an evenings, which is great for a hard-working professional. Staff is very courteous and what really made the difference was that Dr. Martinez took a seat faced me and got to know me spent a lot of time building the relationship, which is really novel these days for any type of doctor. Then she put my x-rays on the screen on the wall in front of me and walk through them step-by-step, showing every potential area of concern or areas that were healthy, giving me confidence that my teeth were healthy or showing me potential areas of concern answering any questions that I had. Very thorough. The cleaning was very quick, and the dental hygienist were very gentle were some in the past would hurt my gums. This one was flawless. I will be coming here until I move out of the area. Thank you so much really enjoyed talking with the staff.

I had a largely disappointing experience at West Davis Dental From the start, the staff at the entrance were often unwelcoming and did not greet me, setting a negative tone. Communication was lacking; for instance, my partials were delayed from December to February, and one broke shortly after being provided. Despite reporting this, the clinic was reluctant to replace it. I also suffered a painful gum infection due to the partials, and when I reached out for help, I received no assistance or medication. There was also a concerning lack of hygiene, as staff did not consistently wash their hands. Moreover, it felt like the clinic prioritized profit over patient care. I experienced ongoing pain from fillings that were done incorrectly; despite being told the discomfort would subside in two weeks, it’s been almost six months and I’m still in pain. Additionally, there were issues with parking tickets, as even when I followed the proper procedures, I still received tickets in the mail. In conclusion, my experience was marked by poor service, lack of follow-up, and ongoing discomfort. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Enoksen has been my dentist for around 32 years. He has the golden touch/hands! I'm very happy with West Davis dental, They are honest and reasonable.

$500 out of my $1,000 Maximum is crazy for 2 pictures of my teeth and a selfie. Then was told one side would cost me 7k, after asking about a more affordable option I was quoted like 1,700 and tried to Charge me 150 for a cleaning… I feel Robbed and used.

I drive from one side of the metroplex to the other for THIS office staff. It's one of those IYKYK things. I was interested in going there for cleanings because of their hours, then I gave them my business so they could do my braces. Now, for someone who used to be self-conscious about their smile I can't remember feeling so willing to take a snap. I promise this staff is the best.

Returned back after 3 years. The previous Dr made my visits unpleasant which is why I stopped going BUT there seems to be new staff. Front staff and assistants were amazing. Dr Martinez gave me thorough explanation of my exam and made me feel very comfortable. I now once again feel very confident going back to this office and Dr Martinez is a huge reason for that.

This is the best dentist in all of DFW! Everyone is so kind, caring, works hard and always works with you. They are so convenient and wonderful! 10/10 would recommend
