They aren’t upfront with their prices and will come up with fees after your appointment. We were quoted one price whenever we came the first visit and told how things would get done. Then today they up the price by 3x and said that they “ forgot “ to include some things into our plan that is covered by insurance so we had to pay almost $300 out of pocket. They had also started treatment and then mentioned additional fees. Both appointments have also been rescheduled because they’re understaffed or overbooked which makes it inconvenient for us that our appointments change.

Had a crown come off and found them on ZocDoc. Really patient and took their time to make sure I felt comfortable since I have Really bad anxiety when going to the dentist. All very nice and helpful from the doctor to the admin.

Truly an unmatched experience from an incredible team, this is now my dental office forever. A big thank you to Patrick for the genuine love and passion he has for his work. He completely changed how I feel about dental visits. I used to be terrified of the dentist, and that fear is gone because of him. Beyond grateful! 😊🫶🏽

I've been coming for years and they've taken good care of me, got a crown here that went very smoothly and also got a wisdom tooth removed. With past offices, I was used to waiting ("we'll take a closer look at that next time") but here they'll X-ray on the spot if needed and I don't feel rushed out. For the wisdom tooth, I went in with an ache thinking it might be time to get it removed, figuring I'd tell them on one visit and anxiously wait for the next. They determined it needed to come out and asked if I wanted to do it right then and there since it was an easier one - I went for it and have had no problems with it! The staff has also been friendly and professional throughout my time coming here. Based on my experience, I recommend this place highly!

1st time patient at White Rock Dental and loved my experience here! Office smells nice and very clean. Jennifer(front desk) friendly and explained thoroughly my treatment plan, Areli(hygienist) very smooth cleaning with great speed A++ if you ask me and Dr Matti 1st class assesing my teeth. Love when you can barely feel anything but know you are being examining. Will be bringing my family here!!!
