Let’s start at the door.1. No at the door for information2. When the person did get there she was very rude.3. I had to repeat myself multiple times asking where my mom room was in the ER.4. She gave me wrong directions to room.5. Dirty room, room smells awful, very unclean, dirty floors. Towels and rags in corner of the room.6. Two employees walked in and said wrong room and just walked out.7. Nurse drew blood and put it on the sink. Blood not stored properly without proper temp. Without name on labels or tubes.8. Trash has not been taken out.I mean like come on. Get it together

So they place is pretty bad I’ve had my own experiences that were pretty terrible and have yet to improve since the last 3 years I was here before but the staff is absolutely horrible most of them feel like volunteers more than nurses or trained professionals, they always tell you it shouldn’t take long to get moved to a room or a doctor to see you and it usually takes an hour to 2, this time I took my my grandmother to get checked for heart problems and we’ve been waiting for 4 hours and they’ve done 3 different blood test and drawn her blood EIGHT times and still waiting on the result , we were first told she would need a room to stay here then we asked again since we been waiting for hours and now they’ve changed their answer to “I don’t know” and also I’m letting everyone else know that leaves reviews there’s no point they just give you the same automated message they give everyone else so they don’t really care about improving this place if you can go somewhere else where they care.

Never again will I visit this place if they were vets I wouldn’t take my pets there I went to these people for one chief complaint that they never addressed and due to the fact they failed to run test and do the necessary procedures I have now been hospitalized at another facility for 10 and still have more time to go this facility is trash and I will see to it they are held accountable

Our family member went to this hospital 4 days ago, with Covid. He had a very low oxygen level. They sent him home today with zero improvement and tonight his oxygen levels drop to 64. We had to call 911 again. He was NOT ready to be discharged. When we would call to get info on him the nurses would tell us they didn’t know. It would take many many times to get any info on him. Since he has Covid he couldn’t have visits. He soiled himself 3 times and was sitting in it for some time, until we called him and he told us, we had to call the nurse to help him. We don’t think this hospital is able to help their patients. I do not wish to EVER go to this hospital for help!!!!

Bad experience with this hospital. I was brought by the ambulance and waited 4 hours. When they said it wasn't a long wait. I was injured on a car accident and they treated me bad. Once we arrived an African American young lady said what is this? Made an ugly face and comment. I know they see a lot of people but if they are not happy working there. They should go to their house and not work. Keep their ugly attitude at home. For some reason I was given a full sheet of labels with my name. Until I noticed no one had that paper with them. I went to ask and the receptionist said sorry they need this to call you. I waited forever when I was discharged I heard my name and they said here's paperwork to fill out. I said I'm leaving already and they haven't checked me in. How was I seen by the doctor had x-rays CT sca and I wasn't registered. I Will never return here. Also security lady at the ER entrance didn't wear her mask correctly her nose wasn't covered and there is sign that says face mask required. Very disgusting hospital very dirty.

I took my partner to get checked out immediately, he wasn’t doing good at all . They literally had him waiting in pain in a chair, not even a room bc it had to be clean, but nobody was cleaning it , but yet they would be nurse just walking by staring , one specific lady keep and keep telling us that the room was going to be clean , this lady literally threw a whip in the bed and left , knowing that it had to be clean , an hour pass and finally we had a room where my partner could rest in. I had to also ask for a blanket to cover him up which took a while. My partner was in so much pain that I was crying of being scared and the nurse simply ask why I was crying and just laughed. I did wrong for coming to this place, so if your thinking of going please go to Baylor or even parkland

I'm 7 months pregnant came in with covid symptoms they did not admit to labor and delivery nor did they monitor my baby no pillow on my bed the bed I have is broken their floors are filthy very uncomfortable ill never come here again this hospital needs to be shut down

A relative was taken here by local paramedics. She had a fever, headache, sweats and chills. Could barely stand she was so weak. Clearly someone who is ill. Another person in the household had Covid and she had identical symptoms. The paramedics were informed there were positive family members. I find it hard to believe they would not pass on such info. The facility failed to test her. When she asked if they were gonna test her she was told "NO". Someone said the reagents were too expensive for even a rapid test. That is stupid. If you can't be tested you may very well not be treated. The treatment may vary but I have never heard anyone argue against treating immediately. What if she could have been helped by antibodies or an antiviral? If neither testing nor treatment are options people could be in danger. It is obvious she has it yet all they saw fit to do was administer a bag of fluid, run a CBC and unnecessarily catheterize her because she needed some water. Most people would after 6+ hours.Now she gets a UTI to add to it.There are better options out there.
