The staff is friendly and Dr. Hernandez is knowledgeable but their billing system needs to be updated. Many people pay with an FSA card but they have no way of accommodating that unless you call the billing department in a week or two and request an itemized bill since that is what FSA requires.

Dr. Hernandez was very knowledgeable about cancer treatment options . . I felt much relief that I could conquer my prostrate cancer without major side effects. I would highly recommend the Urology Clinic to any patient considering cancer treatment .

The service was good but the reception office was very under staffed or possibly they have later hours than my appointment was. Also, I paid with my FSA card but was not able to get an itemized receipt. My card is asking for one but they are unable to provide one for me. They gave me a number to call to get one and I’ve called several times but still do not have one. Next time I’ll just have them send me a bill.

I was very pleased with the level of care I received. Dr. Hernandez and his staff explained what I could expect prior to the beginning of my radiation treatments. They kept me up to date in the progress of my treatment and always treated me as active participant in my treatment, not merely a passive subject.
