I always have an amazing experience at ZO Skin Centre! From the moment I walk in, the entire staff is incredibly welcoming and personable, making me feel comfortable right away. Kyli is absolutely fantastic—she is so thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to explain everything in detail. I feel like I’m in expert hands the entire time. The whole team really goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch skincare service!

I really did not want to write this review but I went ahead and booked a virtual consultation a couple months back for what turned out to be melasma, which I have never experienced until shortly after I turned 39 years old. After having a virtual consult I was then put on a regimen of HQ and retinol among other skincare products that were recommended (my skin didn't really tolerate HQ too well) and this regimen seemed to have helped my skin for the time being, but then something horrible happened to the melasma on my face!! My skin has darkened to the point I can barely cover it with makeup ( I literally cry when I look at my face in the mirror because of how dark the HQ has made the melasma on my face. I don't even know how to reverse this damage and I feel so hopeless because now it seems I have to pay hundreds if not thousands of dollars to correct this skin issue that was never this bad. I was told to buy more products which cost hundreds of dollars to now correct this reaction. I wish there was more caution or emphasis on how delicate HQ can be for someone's skin!

I got the extractions facial with Miah and it was amazing! Very relaxing but informative and my skin already seems way healthier and looks way better one day after. Super fair pricing also. Couldn't recommend more!

I had a fantastic experience with Jessica at ZO Skin Centre! I’ve had Botox before, but Jessica’s expertise and attention to detail truly stood out. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and tailor the treatment to my needs. The 20% off for new patients was a great added bonus, and I couldn’t be happier with the results—smooth, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for. I have been going to Zo Skin Centre in Dallas for several years now. Emily is usually who I see when I come in for my appointments. She is very thorough and careful and takes her time. If there is anything going on with my skin at the time of my appointment, she will make suggestions on what may be best to do or change. My favorite treatment I consistently enjoy is the Dermaplane combined with the Stem Peel.

I was unhappy with my previous chin filler and Nery was the absolute best at helping me start fresh and giving me the chin of my dreams. She was super attentive and informative. I was super comfortable and trusted that she would deliver and she did exactly that! Shes the absolute best!

I’ve done skin treatments, fillers and botox here before. I’ve had great results with the skin treatments however not so much with the Botox and filler injectors, injectors know how to inject but lack the knowledge of placement that suited for each patient. It seems that’s they try to get place filler to get the look that is on trend instead of what fits the patients so instead of saying no they will still inject without caring what the outcomes will be. I’ve had masseter Botox and at that time I didn’t know that it will cause jowls apparently my injector also either lacked the knowledge or didn’t care. It’s been a year and I’m still dealing with the jowling my face will never be the same and every time I brought it up and showed pictures with different lighting she always responded with “I don’t know why” or “in our pictures it doesn’t look like that”. So this is a PSA if you go here take a look at the injector and the other injectors or front staff most of them have some form of fillers, if they look like they have filler blindness then stay away that means that they rather take your money then provide the right guidance!

Nery Vasquez provided the best service I’ve ever experienced! She was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality service—you won’t be disappointed!
