Dr August, nursing staff and office staff are wonderful! It is wonderful to feel heard about my child’s care and not all about being another number. When my kids are in need of care they are willing to jump right in to assist.

Dr. August is wonderful, but the front office staff is unfriendly and detached. There is very little eye contact from them and I have left many times with the feeling that I have intruded in their day. It is also very difficult to reach someone from billing to pay a bill. On several past occasions, I have had to drive to the office in order to make a payment. If I could suggest making contact with the office staff easier, it would be a huge improvement for patients.
