Dr. Jaramillo was so kind and gentle with me. Today I had my first appointment for my pregnancy and I had an amazing experience. The front staff was so kind along with the medical assistant that assisted Dr. Jaramillo. I enjoyed the phlebotomy as well she was a very cool lady. Super excited for my journey with them!

I like the clinic, just hate that it's so difficult to talk to a receptionist/nurse.. I been calling so many times this Friday, Monday and Tuesday and they never answer my call or call me back. I will find a different Dr/clinic where they can actually pick up the phone.

I was so excited to start my journey into having a baby after dealing with infertility for so long! I loved my doctor, felt super positive for the first time in 6 years. I called with a question and left a message for a nurse. Didn’t receive a call back, called and left another message 3 weeks later, never received a call back. Now I understand if the situation called for me to set an appointment, but I would expect some sort of communication in regards to that instead of silence. This was back in May/June and have decided to change doctors, even though I absolutely adored my dr. With everything I been through, I need to be able to be with a provider that has a team that communicates. Especially if I was to become pregnant. Just imagine having a question if that was the case, and never getting a return call

This was my 3rd pregnancy each with different OBs. Dr. J is the most professional and informative doctor I’ve ever had. He always took his time explaining and giving me the best options to choose from with pros, cons, and statistics. He wasn’t insensitive whenever I was going through discomfort and always showed he cared! He did my tubal ligation 6 weeks post-partum and did a phenomenal job. My nurse was Angie, she was also great. They gave me good advice and I highly recommend this lovely duo!

Receptionist is rude and interrupts constantly. Doesn’t listen to the issue at hand. Nurse doesn’t file paperwork in a timely fashion. There is also no correspondence in a timely fashion between office staff and patient
