I've been going here for years and have always had great service. Glasses fixed under warranty and everything!
He made me new lenses, I could not see out of them. He told me that, there wasn't anything else he could do about it. Got a refund, went to Walmart eye center and got new lenses I could see out of. Why were they able to get it fixed, when he didn't even try.
I set up my appointment several weeks in advance, and pre-filled out all of the paperwork on line. I arrived prior to my appointment time, and checked in. At no point was I told there were any delays. My appointment was at 2:30. At 2:58 a receptionist apologized for the wait, but no explanation. at 3:00 pm, I had enough, told the receptionist that a 30 minute wait with no explanation was not acceptable, and that I would not be back. If they had said up front that there would be a long wait, that is one thing.
I have glacoma and the early stages of macula degeneration. I have used many eye doctor in my life, but I think Dr. FRIES is the best eye doctor I have ever had. He checks and double-checks everything. He doesn't rush you. He's very easy to talk to about your situation. I would recommend Dr. Fries to anyone. I am very happy with him.
I just bought new glasses from Dr. Fries and I love them. He had a great selection to choose from.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
