Horibal customer service, I have been going here for the last 3 years but now I will be picking up my records. Service for appointments is lacking with not enough staff to service and getting prescriptions filled is a nightmare with tons of phone calls needed to make it happen. Now today I was told I'm not doing my part and my Insurance requirements will not be met until I give them labs and a yearly appointment when it has only been 9 months this since my last. Obviously they need money because they are running customers off with poor service and bad attitudes.

In the past I have always hated to go and see a doctor, but I don't mind going to see Doctor Alling. He has a great bedside manner, and that is because he really cares about his patients. I feel truly blessed to know that I have a great Doctor who I can trust in Doctor Alling.

Dr. Alling is more thorough than specialists I've seen. He listens to his patients and genuinely cares about them. He goes above and beyond to provide whatever care he can instead of shoving them off to the emergency room when problems arise. He is available unlike many doctors today who provide a low level of service because they really don't care.
