Worst run operation I’ve ever seen. He never sees a patient at the appointment time. An hour to one and a half late are common. It’s a fly by night operation 😡

Dr Tibbels goes on vacation without seeing up some way to get your prescription. His office tells me that I either need to wait two weeks for my medication, or find another Dr. This is after a week of phone calls. Not sure whether it's incompetence or just a total lack of empathy for your patients. I've been a patient for years. This has to be some form of malpractice. Changing doctors now.

A week ago I attempted to get my prescription refilled. After about 8 calls unanswered, I find out the doctor is on vacation with no way to get my prescription refilled. I'm told I have to wait two weeks for the doctor to get back. I've been a patient with Dr Tibbels for years. This is completely unacceptable. It birders on malpractice. I'm changing doctors.

Tibbles has consistently scheduled appointments that he couldn't meet. Numerous times I've waited for and hour plus to meet with him. Today, again, another hour plus to get into see him and they ask that we come 15 mins early........Poor scheduling. Perhaps if he would talk less and doctor more he could keep up.

Tibbles talks too much and doesn't doctor enough. I have numerous time had to wait for more than an hour to get into see him. He is consistently late meeting with his patients. He may want to consider retirement......

Numerous times the Dr makes patients wait, but ask them to come 15 mins early. On more than one occasion I have waited in excess of an hour before being seen. He likes to BS instead of getting on with business.

He listens to you. His nurses are poor at taking blood and their bedside manner is not so hot. But he helped me get better! I am a female late 50's.
