What a complete waste of time and money!!!
I have been trying to reach someone for a few days and each time I reach a voicemail box. Have yet to receive a return call to schedule an appt. I did what was asked and didn’t not leave multiple messages. Disappointed it becoming so difficult to schedule an appt. My husband went here about a year ago and no issues really likes the doctor
My husband has Lewy Body Dementia and has difficulty remembering things. I go with him (into the exam room) to all doctor appointments to assist in giving/receiving medical information. When we went recently to Dr. Sroa’s office, we were told it was against HIPAA regulations for me to go into the exam room with my husband. They allowed me in the room with him on his initial visit the prior year. As already stated, I go into exam rooms at ALL our other doctors so I’m quite sure Dr. Sroa is NOT the only one in line with HIPAA regulations. As far as a doctor, Dr. Sroa seems to be okay but her office practices are NOT okay!
Twice I made appointment and twice they were canceled minutes before my scheduled time because they ran out of supplies needed to do the procedure. I’ll find another dermatologist.
Do not go here. 17 pages of new patient paperwork plus they were 30 mins late calling me back for the appointment I had. The Dr. does not care about her patients. Spent not even two minutes in the room with the Dr. who said she could not help and to go get laser hair therapy for the rashes that were occurring after shaving. Why did they allow me to book an appointment when I called stating the rashes were happening if they were not able to help? Annoyed they wasted my time today.
Walked into the bathroom when I first got there and 3 cockroaches were inside. Very nasty and couldn’t use the bathroom. Went to the waiting room and spotted over four more roaches, some alive some dead. The room felt okay but also had a roach in the sink. Didn’t feel like a clean place at all and felt disgusted the whole time. For a doctors office the place should feel and look a lot more cleaner.
Not allowed to go back with my elderly mother in law during her office visit unless I had POA. We would have not came here if we would’ve known. My husband or I go with her to every doctor appointment since the medical information is confusing and to ensure we follow the doctor’s instructions. Very disappointing and concerning.
From receptionist to office staff to Dr Sroa everyone was professional and very nice. Appointment was on time. Dr Sroa was very knowledgeable and explained in layman’s terms making sure I understood and had no other questions before I left. Definitely recommend. *For my husband to write a high review speaks volumes*
Took my mother here last year. They made an exception to their rule about patient only because my mother has Alzheimer's disease. The Dr. glanced over her and said she has wisdom warts. I didn't think she was very thorough at the time, and did not intend to go back. I got a text that she had an appointment this week. Started to cancel it, but as mother has a rash on her legs and is very fair complected I decided to go to the appointment. When they called my mother's name they told me it was patient only. I started to explain why I needed to come back with her. The nurse cut me off with that tacky head snapping attitude, and told me I would not be coming in with my mother. I triggered and raised my voice because that tacky attitude was uncalled for and it took all self control not to slap her for it. Meanwhile my mother came out of the restroom with no idea what was going on. The other nurse had come out by this point and told my mother she had to come back in the examination room without me. My mother started bawling uncontrollably at the prospect of having to be without me. My mother crys nearly nonstop regularly due to the Alzheimer's anyway. That nurse raised her voice at my mother, and told her that it was the rule and no amount of crying was going to change it. I told the receptionist to delete all consents we had signed, and left without seeing the doctor at all. Worst experience we have ever had anywhere, and that is saying something.
Called because my son appears to have a knot under his skin and it could be cancerous. They told me he needs a referral. This is something I would hope they would say. Yes, let’s set an appointment and instead, they turned me away. They said I need a referral and they would not take him without it. I do not have an HMO. I have amazing insurance. Will never take any of my family to this office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
